Love the sleek design, like how it installs easily and neatly, love the Bluetooth and the app and the way it works seamlessly. Don’t like how it strangely cycles on in the middle of the night - it comes on, the fan starts then it shuts down - then it cycles on and cools. It’s strange how it does this the stop start wakes me up and seems somehow wrong. Anyway it does an excellent job off cooling, is fairly quiet and the lights go off at night.

Do not waste your money on this AC. It is quiet when it works, but it has not worked too many times to make it worth it. When the weather is quite hot the machine will not run, making it pointless. Very disappointed that I've wasted so much money on this.

I had to return this 6000 BTU unit as was not the right fit for my insulated wired 10x10x6 outside kennel. When first started, the air was very cold, but then it would cycle down as opinioned that it is the wrong size for my kennel. The customer service responded to questions very quickly and the refund in same manner. In addition, I like the ease of the setup-instructions on point! Even the box is designed to where you simply pull it up - no pulling to try to get it out of the tight fit. I also like the digital readings and the app - technology at its finest. If didn't have to continue to spend money on my quest, I would have loved to have kept this unit. Only gave 4 stars as didn't work for me, but as an AC unit-5 stars!

Purchased because of the high reviews but the one thing I don't like it that the air comes out the top of the unit and with drapes on the windows this causes condensation on my picture window. The side pieces are not plastic but more of a foam board.

I've had my unit about 3 years. As of last year, it started malfunctioning - I'd put it on the lowest temp, highest fan, etc., and the system completely malfunctions - keeps turning itself up to 86 degrees on its own! We would wake up in the middle of the night to beeping, lights flashing, and sweltering hot. I would encourage anyone reading this to search for the Windmill Reddit page - 100s of reviews saying the same thing happened to them. Save your money and buy an LG!

We bought several of these and they worked amazingly well. Unfortunately, about seven months in one went bad. Windmill has an amazing customer support team within moments I had responses was able to provide them the information and they had one shipped to me immediately to replace it amazing service old school version new school technology thank you

Shipped quickly and super simple to install - lovely to keep on all night as it's perfectly quiet white noise. Room stays cool, remote and app also very handy to make everything flow easier. Also aesthetically pleasing inside and out. Would always recommend !!

Much louder than expected. Looks great. I thought this one had whisper tech but it does not. Aesthetically this AC is very neat and clean and nice looking particularly for a window unit.

very sleek looking unit, quiet, and very easy to install. Love the Wi-Fi settings feature. I can adjust it while lying in bed, or change the settings if I forgot to before leaving home.
