Unfortunately, I needed a replacement immediately and the only one available for delivery next day was a 17cu ft frig w/top freezer and wire racks. Hated it!! This year we were able to get new fridge.....25cu ft LG bottom freezer, glass shelves (yay!), and SO much room that it's unbelievable!! And we have small breath grandchildren in the home so I really like the chimes that sound if door is open too long. Such a wonderful improvement to my life!!

I researched and wanted this fridge since last September but had to wait until June because of the pandemic. This fridge has exactly everything I want: huge freezer, excellent door space, wonderful deli drawer and beautiful lighting. It’s also amazingly quiet and the fact that it’s fingerprint proof is a big bonus.

I have had this for just less than 3 years ,love the top refridgerator ,it is much easier to see and find items without bending down as in a top freezer model,more convienient since we access the refridgerator much more often than the freezer and the freezer also has apull out drawer that you can put the more often used items . the compressor failed but LG sent out a repairman and fixed it within a week of the failure ,would be 5 stars except for the compressor failure on a less than 3 year item . I did not get this free or at a discounted price for my review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a year and 1/2 ago and it completely stopped working without warning. Lost all our food and called manufacturers over 3 weeks ago and they have no one to come out and fix it. Worst experience of my life

This is our first refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom. We like the concept – everything in the refrigerator portion is easy to get at. And with the freezer in a drawer, nothing is falling out of the freezer anymore. We have a galley style kitchen and the dishwasher is opposite the refrigerator. We can now get something out of the refrigerator even if the dishwasher is open. Features we like: it is very quiet. The deli-tray is tall enough for egg cartons and pint containers such as sour cream. The ledge in front of the deli-tray is handy for setting things on temporarily as we rummage. Features we don’t like: only a very minimal amount of shelf position options inside the refrigerator and no options on the door; Vegetable bins are smaller than our last refrigerator (and that was a smaller refrigerator); only one divider for the freezer drawer – you really have to dig a lot to find anything; we don’t have the ice cube maker so having a bit of a problem figuring out where to put the ice cube trays and loose ice cubes; what is the shallow tray at bottom of door for? I have found only 2 things that will fit but afraid I will forget them since the tray is out of sight; it is a bit tacky having the screws showing on the door handle; there is a rubbing sound on sealer on the hinge side of door when closing the door.

I happened to have a refrigerator/freezer thermometer. I used it in the refrigerator and the freezer for a week. The unit continued to maintain accurate temperatures in both compartments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this LG refrigerator when our compressor stopped working. I’m happy to say that we are delighted with it. It’s very spacious and has several different compartments for all our needs. We purchased the freezer bottom LG due to space limitations, but it’s just the right size. It has a fabulous cooling system, and is also great looking. Couldn’t be happier.

Freezer is spacious and love it being on the bottom so my daily grabs in the fridge are closer to eye level. Lots of drawers for organizing meats, vegetables and fruits as well as room in the door for condiments etc. Could stand to have more brackets for the fridge shelf placement. Other than that few complaints

Bought this LG 26 cu.ft. bottom freezer/refrigerator less than a month ago and am so glad I did. It is exceeding all my expectations. After being plugged in it cooled down unbelievably quick. It is intelligently designed for maximum spaciousness and capacity. It runs so quiet you almost can't hear it. No clunking noises like my former unit. The on-off switch for the icemaker is a plus. I recommend it to anyone looking for a bottom freezer unit.
