Not the type of fridge I was looking at first but when I opened it and saw the space it has inside I fell in love with this appliance. The freezer is huge and gives us the possibility of easily organizing it, even with the ice maker being inside. We thought we would miss the water spout but it is not even a thought anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thoughtful shelf placement and drawers make this perfect for our busy family. Bottom width of fridge drawer is perfect for stashing kiddo snacks for easy access. Door chime is nice, but can be annoying when unloading groceries.

I am mostly satisfied with the refrigerator. The only feature I would change is the ice tray drawer. I think the drawer should be smaller. This would mean making the top freezer drawer two separate compartments. This would alleviate having to pull out the one big drawer just to get ice.

If we keep the door opened too long, it makes a sound to alert you that the door is open. It fits perfect in our kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the first 18 months, the refrigerator worked just fine. Now for the last two weeks, it has not functioned at all. It needed a compressor and both evaporators. This is very concerning that the major components of this refrigerator literally died. We have been using two ice chests to maintain our meats at a cool level. Buying bags of ice every two days. We replaced the 15-year-old General Electric Refridgerator for the LG because it was highly recommended by the consumer report magazine. Clearly our miistake.

I am actually wanting to purchase a LG television soon. I love this fridge!! So much room that fits our needs. I trust this brand and it was in my price point!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do love my LG refrigerator and would have given a 5 star review but for one or two problems- there is no where to fit a bottle of cola bigger than a 2 liter standing up. I have to put them on the shelf, lying down. I don't know if a gallon jug will fit anywhere. A half gallon will fit in door. I love the openness of the shelving but I think some support in the middle of sheving might be needed if heavy items are loaded on shelves. I do love the pull out drawer for small items like cheese, cold cuts, butter. The freezer section is roomy and I like the icemaker but, if you leave the drawer open too long and it's time for the ice to fall in the bin, the ice will go every where. It needs a shut off when the drawer is open. But I can live without that. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.

After the tray was filled, it is quite. I had researched other refrigerators but after reviewing consumer evaluations, I decided this was the best idea. It had the highest independent ratings of all my choices.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, after 30 years and three household goods moves (former military) we finally decided to purchase a new refrigerator (still working great, but for how much longer . . .?) and had to jump at this brand and model. We appreciate the features; although maybe we should have bumped up for a water dispenser on the door; filter for ice cubes makes no sense if you take water from an unfiltered kitchen sink tap. Great for older knees and ADA functionality not having to squat and find items in the bottom rear shelves any longer, everything is in view. Thank you LG for your excellent products! I would recommend adding a gasket or bumper at the back of the freezer drawer(s) so you don't hear the slamming plastic sound every time you close the freezer drawer(s). Not sure how long this will last without cracking/breaking?

Excellent value and great features. This frig. blew me away. Great interior lighting, constant temperature, nifty crispers and deli-tray, and very quiet. The ice maker is my favorite feature. It keeps us well supplied. Bottom freezer drawers are easy to access. I'm very happy with my purchase.
