[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this new refrigerator and bottom freezer! After having a French Door for over 10 years, this is 100% better. The shelves are deep and large and so nice to have such large compartments in the door for things like large milk, soda and juice containers. The freezer can hold so much more and like the idea of bins there, not just grates. Ice container can hold an 8# bag of ice if needed. So pleased with this product. And it's quiet!!

My husband and I love this refrigerator! It has so much room inside without taking up much more floor space. Also, we like the way the shelves are designed on the inside door so you can fit both tall things and short things. And having the freezer on the bottom is so much better than the old refrigerator with it on the top. Things always were falling out when we opened the freezer. We had thought that we needed to buy a separate freezer but now we realize that this new refrigerator can hold what we need. So glad we got this refrigerator.

I bought this refrigerator 3 weeks ago and have been pleased with its features. I wanted something simple but updated and this is the perfect one for me. I am not into a lot of technology but wanted a good product that wasn't complicated. I like the bottom freezer drawer and the size of the ice cubes. I like the bell reminder when the doors and drawers are open as a reminder to my kids not to stand there staring! The price was acceptable and the size was an upgrade from current refrigerator. I only had to wait a week for the delivery service I set up. Changing the door handle hinge from the left position to the right wasn't complicated with the great instructions in the owners manual.

Waited a long time for a new refrigerator so I did extensive research. Love my choice. Only con is that the door and freezer draw do not close automatically. Had 3 people here about this and received 3 different reasons. I guess I just have to live with it. But I still like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a month ago after my 15 year-old bottom-freezer refrigerator died. This refrigerator is a bit larger and it is much quieter than the older refrigerator. The freezer works amazingly and have had no issues with freezer burn. Note - it does come with an ice maker which I do not use due to no water supply to refrigerator. I can't comment on that item. Happy with my decision.

I bought this a few weeks ago and I’m super happy with my purchase. I didn’t want French Doors and didn’t care about having water and ice in the door but I did want an ice maker. My new fridge has just what I wanted and something I didn’t know I wanted a tiny shelf at the bottom of the door to hold all my little bottles of hot sauce 💕💕

Freezer is spacious and love it being on the bottom so my daily grabs in the fridge are closer to eye level. Lots of drawers for organizing meats, vegetables and fruits as well as room in the door for condiments etc. Could stand to have more brackets for the fridge shelf placement. Other than that few complaints

Frig is not two months old yet and they want a review. So far no issues. Shelf spacing could have been more adaptable. No room in freezer for a large frozen pizza. I didn't hook up water for ice because of the nightmares in other reviews I've read. We get a large bag of ice at the store and use this for drinks.

I haven’t experienced LG in the past however, I am more than pleased with the size and features of this refrigerator and the customer service reps thus far. The shelves, lighting, ice maker, door cooling, door alarm, digital readouts, finger printless exterior and overall footprint are perfect for my kitchen. The storage space is substantial for a single door model. It easily handles larger containers of food and the door shelves hold so much. They are strong and sturdy. This refrigerator holds anything from the smallest to the largest with ease. It may be a few inches thinner in width than the double door model but I’m not complaining by any stretch! There were scratches on the finish of the freezer door and the customer service team went above and beyond to take preferential care of me. Thank you Chasity and the rest of the LG team! You deserve five stars.
