We like the space usage features such as the wide meat or serving tray and the see-through drawers and shelves. Also very well lit. The ice maker works great! The fold-up door shelves add flexibility and the freezer has a moveable divider which we really like! Overall great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG refrigerator is so different from my old one. I always had a hard time looking for items in it and having to bend over while looking. This new refrigerator has the freezer on the bottom and the other food in the top. That means I don't have to bend over to get my foods. It also has a drawer that I can put deli meats and cheeses or whatever I want. This is vfc super handy. Everything is at eye level. I thought I would like it when I first saw it in the store and this is true. We are enjoying it.

We purchased our LG bottom mount freezer in October, and find the freezer offers much greater placement and spacing for our frozen items than our side-by-side did! The cooling in the refrigerator is more even and the freezer gives greater arrangement to frozen foods which stay frozen evenly and quickly.

I haven’t experienced LG in the past however, I am more than pleased with the size and features of this refrigerator and the customer service reps thus far. The shelves, lighting, ice maker, door cooling, door alarm, digital readouts, finger printless exterior and overall footprint are perfect for my kitchen. The storage space is substantial for a single door model. It easily handles larger containers of food and the door shelves hold so much. They are strong and sturdy. This refrigerator holds anything from the smallest to the largest with ease. It may be a few inches thinner in width than the double door model but I’m not complaining by any stretch! There were scratches on the finish of the freezer door and the customer service team went above and beyond to take preferential care of me. Thank you Chasity and the rest of the LG team! You deserve five stars.

After 1.5 years, the unit sounded like it was running but no cooling or freezing happening. Died on Dec 13th, today is Jan 21, 2023. Still no repair or buy-back as the R600 cooling system requires LG tech which do not exist in our area. LG closed out the ticket so we are back to square one.

the Fridge overall is fine. we love the ice maker and everything else works well with one exception. the vegie crisper drawers have a large (1/4 inch) gap between them and the shelf above. any fresh vegies like celery get dehydrated within a couple days. we have to store everything in plastic bags and containers. we checked the double door fridge and it's crisper drawers seal well with no gap. this is our only complaint...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this fridge because we needed more room than our old fridge had. This one seems to fill the bill. Bottom drawer ice maker does a adequate job keeping us supplied with ice. Only minor complaint is the magnetic door seal for the refrigerator door is really strong. It requires a good deal of effort to break the seal and open the door.
