I've had this about 10 months and the only complaints I have are (1). the ice maker is a little louder than I thought it might be, but it's not terrible, and sometimes a few ice cubes will fall in behind the freezer drawer when the tray gets full. Easy enough to get to, to get them out though. We only have a space wide enough to fit this size fridge so I was worried it would be small but it has more room that I thought it would. I LOVE the long slide out drawer in the top part. (2) I do wish the shelves in the main fridge part, weren't one solid piece across because you have to be careful not to put anything too heavy on the 1st or 2nd shelf, so they don't bow in the middle. I think if each shelf was in 2 pieces so you could adjust half of one shelf if you had something tall that you needed to put in there but didn't have enough room for in the door would be better but all-in-all, I love it and would definitely buy it again.

It's very convenient to pull open the fridge door and see through all the pullout drawers. We especially like the deli drawer. It holds a lot of food! Very happy with our purchase. The only challenge is it's got a variety of noises that come and go daily, but we've gotten used to them. It's also a very handsome addition to our kitchen.

My LG refrigerator is stainless steel and it looks absolutely beautiful in my kitchen. It is roomier than any refrigerator I’ve ever owned end it has brought a smile to my face every time I open it up and see the enormity inside. Plus the fact that my food is colder than ever…my freezer keeps the food solid and no ice crystals forming. I have recently updated my kitchen and this is a beautiful addition to it.

I liked it is on the top half and the freezer is on the bottom. It is so much more practical And everything is so much more accessible. I am very happy with my choice.

Had this LG since August, and it holds SO MUCH more than my previous fridge. AND everything is cold and holding so, and fresh for so much longer than before. Plenty of room, plenty of light, easy to see what's there, and a freezer section that is almost big enough for me. No more squishy ice cream now! What a difference , and what an upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, after 30 years and three household goods moves (former military) we finally decided to purchase a new refrigerator (still working great, but for how much longer . . .?) and had to jump at this brand and model. We appreciate the features; although maybe we should have bumped up for a water dispenser on the door; filter for ice cubes makes no sense if you take water from an unfiltered kitchen sink tap. Great for older knees and ADA functionality not having to squat and find items in the bottom rear shelves any longer, everything is in view. Thank you LG for your excellent products! I would recommend adding a gasket or bumper at the back of the freezer drawer(s) so you don't hear the slamming plastic sound every time you close the freezer drawer(s). Not sure how long this will last without cracking/breaking?

It runs very quietly and let's me know if I haven't closed its door properly with a very pleasant chime. The shelving configuration works very well for me and my family as well.

Love the look and design but returning today. Freezer drawer does not line up properly causing seal to leak and fill the freezer with frost and ice. After 3 service calls within 3 weeks and nobody was able to fix it decided to return. Wish it had worked correctly.

We had a traditional style fridge, freezer on top, and unfortunately it seems most new models are too small. We also did not want all the fancy stuff that many fridges seem to have these days. This is a large fridge, has an ice maker and the freezer on the bottom is more convenient. It does not have a water dispenser, but that is no big deal for us. So far we like it very much.
