I immediately contacted LG and the earliest service appointment I could receive was October 14. If all goes well with this appointment, I will update my review.

My previous side by side was always so congested and made it an effort to find anything. I’ve only had it a short time but really enjoying it so far. Great product! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoying our new LG bottom drawer freezer refrigerator. An exceptionally good, straightforward design in a substantial, well made refrigerator. If you don't use a lot of ice cubes, they will overflow the ice receptacle drawer, so you'll have to remember to shut off the ice maker to prevent this from happening. Could be a problem if you are away from home a lot. Would have given five stars if more thought was given to this issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with performance of frig except the water line to the icemaker vibrates/rattles every time we turn on or off the kitchen faucet. Especially like the layout of the available space in the freezer and refrigerator areas.

I've had this LG bottom freezer refrigerator for about two weeks now. I can't overstate how much I like this thing. I have a freezer and refrigerator thermometers and the set temperatures are exactly correct. It makes enough ice to throw a party. It's so big I can't fill it up. I would highly recommend this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago and have no regrets. We wanted a fridge with a lot of space and that’s what we got. The freezer is also very spacious. Because of the straightforward design with the single door, there is so much room inside and on the door. It’s the same size as my old fridge but this one by far has more space. The ice machine works great and the freezer drawer is deeper than my old fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in Oct 2023. I have LOVED having it!!! I had no idea they made narrow (33 inches) refrigerators that still have lots of room inside (a normal refrigerator is 36 inches). We needed a narrow refrigerator because our old refrigerator always hit the wall that it was against. Also, I could never open the door all the way because of the wall. Having one door that completely opens up is SO MUCH better than opening two doors to try to find what you need. Yes, it doesn't come with a water dispenser, but I just buy 3 gallon jugs of water from Publix, pull the tab out to get water, it hasn't been a hassle at all. I much rather have a refrigerator I can open and use! Everyone one who comes over Love it too, they see just how well it works for my space (my uncle said he was going to buy one just like it).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We enjoy the freezer on the bottom - such a smart idea. The door has large compartments to fit many items, and the shelves inside can be adjusted somewhat. We’ve got it set so the bottom is tall enough for gallons and then a short shelf for those small things that get lost.
