[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator holds everything without looking cluttered. I love the drawer sizes which fit foods such as cheeses, meats and vegetables. The bottom freezer is spacious and it is easy to find what you need.

We really like how much room we have in this fridge. Makes a lot of ice; more than we need, but it has the option to turn off the ice maker. This is our first freezer on the bottom model but second LG fridge in a week because the first one had a leak in the back whenever the ice tray filled so it had to be replaced. Happy this one is not broken. Hope to have this for many years.

It is well lighted and easy to see everything inside. The crisper drawers and Glide-N-Serve are very useful. The stainless steel finish is easy to care for. This appliance is very attractive in our kitchen.

This is the quietest refrigerator I have owned ( my third in 53 years). It is larger inside for the same external width, providing more space that the previous. The bottom freezer as a drawer is a much better feature than the old swing door. It is also more efficient than the one it replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been living with the Fridge for about 4 months. Overall it has met our expectations. It performs as expected and has ample storage space for both cool/frozen sections. As we use an RO water system, the Fridge has a built-in bypass that allow for a direct connection to eliminate the need for filter or standalone bypass. One quality defect has been found which involved a missing screw which was causing a shelf to bow. After spending significant time on the phone with an agent to diagnose the the issue, an appointment was setup for technician to come onsite for the repair. As I already identified the root-cause of the issue, I simply installed the missing screw and issue was resolved and I simply then cancelled the service appointment. Looking back on the experience, this approach worked as I was comfortable performing the diagnostics that the phone agent requested. This might not be something everyone would want to be doing.

The many features I enjoy include the quickness of the ice maker, the spacious interior of the freezer and refrigerator, the easy to clean glass shelves, and the convenient side door storage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in Oct 2023. I have LOVED having it!!! I had no idea they made narrow (33 inches) refrigerators that still have lots of room inside (a normal refrigerator is 36 inches). We needed a narrow refrigerator because our old refrigerator always hit the wall that it was against. Also, I could never open the door all the way because of the wall. Having one door that completely opens up is SO MUCH better than opening two doors to try to find what you need. Yes, it doesn't come with a water dispenser, but I just buy 3 gallon jugs of water from Publix, pull the tab out to get water, it hasn't been a hassle at all. I much rather have a refrigerator I can open and use! Everyone one who comes over Love it too, they see just how well it works for my space (my uncle said he was going to buy one just like it).

I looked a long time to find a bottom freezer model. After a lot of research I chose this model. Not long after our son bought one based on seeing ours. It has been 11 months and the ice make just went out and we are waiting on a replacement from an independent service company. Every shelf and door compartment seems to be adjustable and the freezer unit is huge. All in all a good unit.
