[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in august as my old fridge was dying. This fridge is awesome! I love the fridge on top and freezer on the bottom. It is very spacious and beautiful to look at. I am very happy with this purchase.

The condenser failed on my refrigerator, otherwise I am happy with my LG. Waiting 2 weeks to get it repaired was hard on my family; but it was a logistical problem, that LG didn’t create. Lastly, it was the customer service team and the repair technician, that soothed my disappointment. Now, if I can receive my re-imbursement, for my losses, in a timely manner; All will be well, with me & LG. I will highly recommend their products, if they follow through on their promise. David G

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this fridge for almost a month. Totally love the door shelves because the top ones can be folded up to accommodate very tall bottles! Very spacious interior. And the freezer separator is a bonus!

This LG 26 CU. FT. BOTTOM FREEZER REFRIGERATOR replaces an 8 year old 28 cu Samsung French door that stopped cooling. So far, we love this new fridge and it seems to have just as much room as our last fridge. Fairly quiet except when the water is refilling the ice maker. Otherwise, no complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the fridge for a few weeks. Love the capacity. Easily reversed the door hinge myself with simple tools. It took about 30 minutes. The door shelving is great. Holds a lot of stuff. The only thing I dislike are the 2 glass shelves that span the width of the fridge. They cannot hold much weight before they begin to bend. I put 1 gallon of milk in the middle of the shelf and noticed the flex in the glass shelf. A quick internet search comes up with people talking about the glass shelves breaking under weight. You need to put light items and evenly distribute everything across the 2 adjustable shelves. Anything heavy can safely go on the bottom shelf that is supported by the drawers and non-adjustable.

I never thought I would like the freezer on the bottom, but I'm getting use to it. I can not believe how big and I mean BIG this sucker is. After I put all the ingredients from the old refrigerator into my new LG, I could not believe the amount of space to put more food. I thought the freezer on the bottom would be small, it's not. It's larger then I thought. And I love the ice maker, makes such beautiful ice. Every time I open the door, I think how much I love this refrigerator...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When renovating our kitchen we purchased this to replace a side by side 33” width which was 20+ years old. When shopping for the new one the bottom freezer was a priority & it’s fabulous for 1/2 gallon tubs of ice cream & freezing lots of bread & meat…more than enough room. The refrigerator is well designed for plenty of storage. I can’t believe I have this much more room for my groceries with a refrigerator the same dimensions as my old side by side. I’m actually excited to shop & bring groceries home to unpack them into this refrigerator! The crisper drawers are a bit shallow so I use the shelf above for prepackaged lettuce, large bags of fruit, etc. Not really an issue. Very satisfied!!

So much that we are looking at a new Stainless Steel Range Hood because the service from BAYSHORE APPLIANCE was a please.Can you imagine having a FAMILY Business that works WELL.. I do wish the shelves where more adjustable on both sides.

I haven’t experienced LG in the past however, I am more than pleased with the size and features of this refrigerator and the customer service reps thus far. The shelves, lighting, ice maker, door cooling, door alarm, digital readouts, finger printless exterior and overall footprint are perfect for my kitchen. The storage space is substantial for a single door model. It easily handles larger containers of food and the door shelves hold so much. They are strong and sturdy. This refrigerator holds anything from the smallest to the largest with ease. It may be a few inches thinner in width than the double door model but I’m not complaining by any stretch! There were scratches on the finish of the freezer door and the customer service team went above and beyond to take preferential care of me. Thank you Chasity and the rest of the LG team! You deserve five stars.
