[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 months ago and I am really enjoying it. We just bought a new house and needed a new refrigerator. I wanted a LG brand refrigerator because I hadn't had one and knew they were the best! I love the design and the bottom freezer. The adjustable shelves work perfectly for me also. It has been working great for me in my new kitchen!

We purchased this refrigerator in 2020 after our previous LG refrigerator stopped cooling and freezing and could not be repaired. 3 years later we are in the same situation where the LG refrigerator stopped cooling and freezing without warning. We’ve now been without a refrigerator for 2 weeks waiting for a “part” or parts to come in. Very frustrating. When the fridge was working, it was perfect. It kept items cold, there is beautiful lighting and space for a lot. What I would have liked is to have a shelf that can be moved in case you want to add a taller bottle and did not want it on the door.

Replaced my trusty Amana refrigerator for my new LG. Refrigeration is fine, Spacing of shelves in refrigerator not great. No room to put large milk, water or juice containers except on door shelves. Ice maker is fabulous. However bottom freezer are two large bins where all items are thrown in. No shelving.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was purchased about a month ago. I love all the room inside the fridge and freezer! I had looked around everywhere to find the largest 2 door with freezer on bottom. This was what I found. There were none others! I am so glad I got this one. I love the stainless steel exterior. There is also a spot inside the door for taller items like wine bottles. Also, the veggie drawer closest to the wall will fully extend when door is open unlike my previous ((side by side that wouldn't allow me to open the drawers (5th pic). The freezer makes cubed ice that does not melt quickly for cold drinks.

I bought my LG bottom freezer refrigerator last year. A small piece of plastic has broken from the top freezer drawer it holds the small white wheel in place. Have tried to get part was sent the wrong thing. Also the white plastic strip across the front bottom shelf keeps coming off. Nothing major but I’m afraid it will never last 23 years like my last one.

It has room for everything and the top shelves in the door fold up so you can put taller items in the door with no problem. The freezer also has plenty of room with the top slide out drawer. It also has a digital readout of the actual temp you set the fridge and freezer to so you can put a thermometer in there and see if it is properly cooling to the temp you have it set to. The smart diagnosis is a cool feature that gives you the ability to run a diagnostic without having to go to the CPU on the back of the fridge. If you just want a basic fridge with plenty of room, this is a great option.

I choose the right refrigerator! For the past 6 or more months, I have been reseaching the right refrigerator for me. I reseached Make, Size, Type, and Cu. Ft. When I narrowed down to LG, the two chooses where the One Door or the French Door. The One Door had just a little more Cu. Ft. I am completely satisfied with the 33" wide LG One Door.

Look this LG is not over the top with bells and whistles but what it is is an excellent refrigerator/freezer for the price! It’s the same measurements as our previous LG but somehow they’ve made it bigger inside! We can see everything clearly and they even corrected the drawer handle color so that you have a better view of what’s in the crisper drawer and fruit and veg drawers. My only complaint is the ice maker is slow. Oh and it’s not as quiet as our old LG. BUT I like this refrigerator better than our old LG. If you want a handsome reliable fridge that’s a workhorse then this is your fridge. There’s not a ton of fru fru bells and whistles but it looks like it is top of the line! We’ve only had it a little over a week so I hope to update this in six months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been living with the Fridge for about 4 months. Overall it has met our expectations. It performs as expected and has ample storage space for both cool/frozen sections. As we use an RO water system, the Fridge has a built-in bypass that allow for a direct connection to eliminate the need for filter or standalone bypass. One quality defect has been found which involved a missing screw which was causing a shelf to bow. After spending significant time on the phone with an agent to diagnose the the issue, an appointment was setup for technician to come onsite for the repair. As I already identified the root-cause of the issue, I simply installed the missing screw and issue was resolved and I simply then cancelled the service appointment. Looking back on the experience, this approach worked as I was comfortable performing the diagnostics that the phone agent requested. This might not be something everyone would want to be doing.

Only had one issue which freezer started frosting but was because drawer wasn’t closing properly. Called LG, which they responded promptly, sent a repairman, which fixed it and drawer closes better than when installed. And it was covered under warranty.
