I like the alarm when the door is open for too long. With 4 kids this is a great feature. I also love the bottom freezer. I don't have to bend down now to access any shelf in the refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge a few weeks ago. The price was great. We were so limited with space in the kitchen. One side we have the wall and the other side is the cabinet. We had a double door fridge which we could never open fully. The LG fridge's door feature is what we needed; the door opening from left to right and works just great.

Had temp sensor replaced that was bad and just had circuit board replaced. Hope it works now. Giving it a few days to see if it’s fixed now. Need to quality control control a little better.

So much that we are looking at a new Stainless Steel Range Hood because the service from BAYSHORE APPLIANCE was a please.Can you imagine having a FAMILY Business that works WELL.. I do wish the shelves where more adjustable on both sides.

I haven’t experienced LG in the past however, I am more than pleased with the size and features of this refrigerator and the customer service reps thus far. The shelves, lighting, ice maker, door cooling, door alarm, digital readouts, finger printless exterior and overall footprint are perfect for my kitchen. The storage space is substantial for a single door model. It easily handles larger containers of food and the door shelves hold so much. They are strong and sturdy. This refrigerator holds anything from the smallest to the largest with ease. It may be a few inches thinner in width than the double door model but I’m not complaining by any stretch! There were scratches on the finish of the freezer door and the customer service team went above and beyond to take preferential care of me. Thank you Chasity and the rest of the LG team! You deserve five stars.

After 1.5 years, the unit sounded like it was running but no cooling or freezing happening. Died on Dec 13th, today is Jan 21, 2023. Still no repair or buy-back as the R600 cooling system requires LG tech which do not exist in our area. LG closed out the ticket so we are back to square one.

Because of the way my kitchen was designed, and the placement of the fridge, it was set into a nook that had a large wall to the right of it. That made it impossible to open the right door all the way. I couldn't pull the drawers out to add or remove items, or clean them. That's why I got this fridge. Only one door, opens correctly and it's so much bigger on the inside. I love it!

It is keeping my food very fresh in this hot summer we are experiencing. I love the fact that when the frig door is open for a short time it alerts me with a gentle tone. I also love the fact that the outside doors don’t show fingerprints. Life IS Good with LG!

Love the look and design but returning today. Freezer drawer does not line up properly causing seal to leak and fill the freezer with frost and ice. After 3 service calls within 3 weeks and nobody was able to fix it decided to return. Wish it had worked correctly.
