Love the look and design but returning today. Freezer drawer does not line up properly causing seal to leak and fill the freezer with frost and ice. After 3 service calls within 3 weeks and nobody was able to fix it decided to return. Wish it had worked correctly.

I purchased this fridge expecting function and some luxuries(ice maker). I tried using this fridge- it is not user friendly. The shelves are only have minor adjustability, not really functioning- milk and ice tea do not fit within the shelf settings. The freezer drawer and ice maker are great. This fridge isn’t family friendly- do yourself a favor and pay $200 more for adjustable shelves- I just can’t live with This basic model and returned it for upgrade.

I got my first LG Refrigerator for my family and I am so happy!!! I’m amazed at its quality, refrigerator and freezer space as well as its beauty I am so proud. Thank you LG for the quality made just for us!!

We needed a roomy second refrigerator to replace one that died. We didn’t want a door water/ice dispenser so that we could save the room. This refrigerator completely delivers. Makes plenty of ice and has a lot of shelf space as well as an ample freezer. It does a great job of regulating the temperature (unlike our experience with cheaper designs).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a few weeks ago and I'm very happy with it. The outer surface is truly 'fingerprint proof'. The shelves are great, fully adjustable and the door bins are generous. The freezer is a dream. It is deep and wide with a pull out shelf for the ice bin and small items or a large frozen pizza. I don't need 'windows' that send a message to my cell phone that I'm out of milk, nor do I need a water and ice dispenser in the door. (I'm a single user.) And the price is very affordable for those on fixed or lower incomes. Oy complaint I have so far is that it 'moves' easily when I open the door. It may be that I haven't figured out how to lock it in place yet, or that I haven't filled it to add weight. I don't think this is a flaw, but I wanted to pointed it out.

I LOVE this refrigerator. I truly do. What I don't love is how the parts inside are so shoddy that they only last 2-3 years before needing replacing. We have to replace the motor on our all-in-one washer every 4 months or so. I will likely never buy LG products again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After much deliberation and a return of our first purchase, we bought the LG bottom freezer refrigerator. It is very spacious, bright, and we love the bottom freezer. We do have to maneuver what items go where in this refrigerator, for it seems the middle of the shelves bow a little bit. Also, when moving it, there was a god-awful clunking noise, but it still runs perfectly, so I have no idea what that was. I would still recommend this refrigerator for anyone who is limited in space (or has an old house like ours) and are not crazy about the French door refrigerators.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two weeks in and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. The refrigerator is quiet and performs as advertised. The interior is spacious and, with a shelf tweek here and there, accommodates all our food sizes and needs. Leaving to play golf the other day, I forgot to chill some bottled water. I popped two bottles in the freezer twenty minutes before leaving and, presto, two rock hard containers of water as I walked out the door. I followed directions for cleaning the outside and it cleaned up perfectly. The only question going forward is durability, but I have confidence that this refrigerator will last a good long time. Yes, I would recommend this product.

I’ve only had my new refrigerator for a couple weeks. My old one was 25 years old. I also had a bottom freezer on my old one, but it was impossible to excavate through my store, food to find what I needed. Whoever designed my LG refrigerator is brilliant. The space is ideal for my giant bags of frozen vegetables and there’s plenty of space to store containers of cooked food when I prepare large amounts of something and pack it into small meals. The compartments of the refrigerator section are incredible. The dryer is a nice and wide and I can fit everything with ease. The design is clean looking and the finish conceals finger marks. I think I got a great value even though it wasn’t expecting to spend so much for a refrigerator. I realize that the price is very fair with such a wonderful appliance.
