I have owned this for a little under one year. I like the features and have been pretty happy. Recently, the ice maker has gone on strike. Have requested a service call, we’ll see how that goes. From what I read, LG ice makers tend to have issues. Not a good reputation to have. I would expect them to resolve whatever the problem is. Making ice here, not going to the moon!!

After the tray was filled, it is quite. I had researched other refrigerators but after reviewing consumer evaluations, I decided this was the best idea. It had the highest independent ratings of all my choices.

I’m still learning how I want to store everything because it’s so much bigger than my last fridge. My pictures don’t really show the full capable capacity because I had’t bought groceries yet—wanted to clean out the old fridge so I could sell it. But, even that little amount would have almost filled my old 18 cu ft fridge. Looking forward to holidays when I will really test the full capacity! I like that I can see everything without having to bend way over and it’s so much easier to get heavy dishes out. The bottom freezer is roomy so that I can store enough so I don’t have to go down to the basement to get something out of my upright freezer every day. I don’t use the ice maker but I do use the ice tub to empty my ice trays into. Freezing the full ice trays at first was tricky but I have figured out a way to do it so no longer a real issue. We had to cut down a cupboard & microwave nook to get the fridge to fit but it was totally worth it. All in all I’m glad I bought this model and hope it lasts a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using it for a few weeks and find it easy to store my food and find it when I need it. Everything that you open the fridge for is at eye level and easy to reach. The freezer is large and easy to use as well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fridge. The freezer on the bottom is best part. It rolls out so you can see and easily find what you're looking for. And having the refrigerator on top makes everything at eye level, no bending over to see or find anything.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and love all the features. I have never had a bottom freezer, but it is the best. No bending down to get lettuce from lower drawers. Everything is easy to see and lots of room. The delivery guys were great and it was interesting watching them place it in the spot. Looked so easy. Not! But for them they were professionals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this 2 years ago. I'm glad that we had the extended warranty, as we've needed it serviced once. But I love how big it is, that we can adjust the spacing of the shelves. And it keeps our produce fresh much longer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this LG refrigerator when our compressor stopped working. I’m happy to say that we are delighted with it. It’s very spacious and has several different compartments for all our needs. We purchased the freezer bottom LG due to space limitations, but it’s just the right size. It has a fabulous cooling system, and is also great looking. Couldn’t be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking for a high capacity bottom freezer and found this model. It works very well. Swapping hinge/handle sides was very easy. I added 4 more door bin dividers, they are not inexpensive, but they are necessary IMO. Great fridge!
