We purchased this refrigerator in 2020 after our previous LG refrigerator stopped cooling and freezing and could not be repaired. 3 years later we are in the same situation where the LG refrigerator stopped cooling and freezing without warning. We’ve now been without a refrigerator for 2 weeks waiting for a “part” or parts to come in. Very frustrating. When the fridge was working, it was perfect. It kept items cold, there is beautiful lighting and space for a lot. What I would have liked is to have a shelf that can be moved in case you want to add a taller bottle and did not want it on the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in Oct 2023. I have LOVED having it!!! I had no idea they made narrow (33 inches) refrigerators that still have lots of room inside (a normal refrigerator is 36 inches). We needed a narrow refrigerator because our old refrigerator always hit the wall that it was against. Also, I could never open the door all the way because of the wall. Having one door that completely opens up is SO MUCH better than opening two doors to try to find what you need. Yes, it doesn't come with a water dispenser, but I just buy 3 gallon jugs of water from Publix, pull the tab out to get water, it hasn't been a hassle at all. I much rather have a refrigerator I can open and use! Everyone one who comes over Love it too, they see just how well it works for my space (my uncle said he was going to buy one just like it).

After 1.5 years, the unit sounded like it was running but no cooling or freezing happening. Died on Dec 13th, today is Jan 21, 2023. Still no repair or buy-back as the R600 cooling system requires LG tech which do not exist in our area. LG closed out the ticket so we are back to square one.

Had temp sensor replaced that was bad and just had circuit board replaced. Hope it works now. Giving it a few days to see if it’s fixed now. Need to quality control control a little better.

Adjustable shelving. Plenty of room inside and on the inside door. Would highly recommend this product to everyone. Extremely high quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The deli drawer is a great feature. I wish there were more bins or a way to separate items more in the freezer area. The gasket makes a noise when the door closes. But all in all, we were looking for a simple refrigerator with a bottom freezer, and this one is very quiet running, nice size, and does the job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this fridge for about 6 months. We wanted something simple with ample storage, and this fit the bill. The ice maker works quickly if there isn’t a lot of opening and closing of the door. We appreciate the transparent drawers for the crispers so we can see what is in them. The freezer has a significant amount of room. It may not replace the need for a second freezer, but we can put pizzas and several bags of fresh pasta, ravioli, ice cream, and other desirables. Overall, we’re thrilled with our purchase.

It’s our first bottom freezer type and thought it would be tougher to work with the space, stacking and all, but has been no problem so far.
