I bought the refrigerator two years ago! The refrigerator not getting cold enough; and mot making ice! I have called them and they have scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks. So after the technician checks the refrigerator and ordered a part ( compressor) so after a week he came back and replaced the part. Not the refrigerator top part is perfect; But! The freezer not getting cold enough! So I called LG service center, and they were very helpful they’ll send me now a technician from LG service center not a 3rd party. Hopefully this time my refrigerator is going to work well I have been going through this issue for a month.

So glad I did. This refrigerator has so much room and is so quiet when running. The front has a beautiful finish that doesn’t show fingerprints. I love it and would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

I bought this fridge to replace a 37 year old fridge that has been in my condo since it was built! I love it! It is so quiet, it has SO much more usable space! I love the fridge on top where I can see everything in the fridge when I open the door. I like the freezer on the bottom as a drawer, also easy to see everything in the drawer. I like the reminder to let you know the doors are open, it’s like having your parents tell you to stop cooling the world!

I am so very thankful that my search led me to this one. Replacing all of my appliances over the last couple of months has been a lot of work. But my refrigerator is now the "crown" in my kitchen. Love having the freezer on the bottom. LG did an amazing job designing the inside, too. Everything is so much easier to get to. I honestly cannot find one thing that I don't like about this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lighting on the large capacity fridge makes items easy to locate. It took a week to determine that the door shelves were adjustable. The large 2 drawer freezer made storage easy. The downside was that the ice maker needed to be replaced almost immediately because of loud noises and not working properly so it had to be replaced which ABT did this week

Fridge is spacious and the snack compartment is a plus. Door shelves are perfect. Reason for 4 stars is the main shelves appear to dip in the middle under the weight of containers such as juice and milk. Seems like there should be a bracket or something in the middle for additional support. Other than that I'm satisfied with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this fridge for almost a year now. The only problem I would say is you really have to pay attention when closing the freezer, sometimes it doesn’t attach properly. Otherwise it’s a nice fridge. Great size!

This appliance ticks all the boxes and is super huge inside. Over 26 cubic feet inside for food storage, I’ll have food sitting in there for years before I find it !!

I've had this about 10 months and the only complaints I have are (1). the ice maker is a little louder than I thought it might be, but it's not terrible, and sometimes a few ice cubes will fall in behind the freezer drawer when the tray gets full. Easy enough to get to, to get them out though. We only have a space wide enough to fit this size fridge so I was worried it would be small but it has more room that I thought it would. I LOVE the long slide out drawer in the top part. (2) I do wish the shelves in the main fridge part, weren't one solid piece across because you have to be careful not to put anything too heavy on the 1st or 2nd shelf, so they don't bow in the middle. I think if each shelf was in 2 pieces so you could adjust half of one shelf if you had something tall that you needed to put in there but didn't have enough room for in the door would be better but all-in-all, I love it and would definitely buy it again.
