[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the first 18 months, the refrigerator worked just fine. Now for the last two weeks, it has not functioned at all. It needed a compressor and both evaporators. This is very concerning that the major components of this refrigerator literally died. We have been using two ice chests to maintain our meats at a cool level. Buying bags of ice every two days. We replaced the 15-year-old General Electric Refridgerator for the LG because it was highly recommended by the consumer report magazine. Clearly our miistake.

This one had all the features I was looking for and is a little bit slimmer which fit very nicely in my kitchen. It looks so luxurious inside and out! I totally love it ! So glad I bought it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my fridge for about a month and I love it. It has a lot of room in both the fridge and freezer. One of the absolute best features is that it is SUPER quiet. The only sounds I hear are the water flowing when making ice and the sound of cubes falling into the tray; and that is not often.

We appreciate the convenience of the bottom freezer drawer with built-in ice maker. The shelving spacing in the fridge and the fridge door work fine for us. We would have been happy to have paid a few dollars extra to have had more substantial shelves (they are plastic). They work ok but any great weight in the middle causes them to bend.

We had decided that our next one would be one single door. As he is tall, we opted for the bottom freezer. We also had only a 33" wide space available so it did limit our choices. This model fit perfectly and fit all of our requirements: major capacity, SS, LED interior lighting, door pockets and fingerprint protection. Would highly recommend!

I bought this a month ago and I’m so happy that we did. Mine went out right before Christmas so we were in a hurry to find some thing. The sales rep pointed this one out and it had everything you wanted. Freezer on the bottom and an extra space for cheese, etc

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doors difficult to open. Freezer door squeaks and will not stay open while searching for items - must hold door open with 1 hand. I could have door open for shorter periods of time if I could search with 2 hands. That said, temperature and humidity control superior to our old refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since installation the door would never close properly. Finally, on the second try the LG service person was able to resolve. The door had not been assembled (at the factory) properly. Good to make sure yours is.

I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW MANY TIMES MY 87 YEAR OLD MOTHER BUMPED HER HEAD WHEN REACHING FOR SOMETHING IN OUR OLD FRIDGE. SHE NO LONGER HAS TO BEND OVER AND STICK HER ENTIRE HEAD INTO THE FRIDGE TO FIND WHAT SHE IS LOOKING FOR. I ALSO LIKE THE AMOUNT OF SPACE IN THE FREEZER AND THE EASY ACCESS. GREAT PRODUCT. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 3 weeks ago. I love it, great to have the bottom freezer and fridge on top. Don’t have to get on my knees to find things in the fridge any more. It’s light and bright and lots of room in both freezer and fridge, easy to see and find items. It’s so quiet too, can’t hear it running.
