We went to this style from a French Door style for more room and we like that aspect but the height between shelves prevents taller objects ( like drinks ) from being in most of the main compartment. Our previous refrigerator had water and ice on the outside and this had neither. We knew that going in going to gain more space. Having ice in the lower compartment is okay but not having a filtered and cold water dispenser we miss more than we thought we would. I'm curious if the engineers could come up with a reliable and long lasting articulating arm that doesn't take much space, swings out, and has a button to dispense water. Typically, it'd be folded but wouldn't take as much space as the water dispensers that are out there now.

We recently swapped another brand refrigerator for our LG system and couldn’t be happier. The refrigerator feels huge while fitting in our smaller space and allows for us to include all condiments in the refrigerator door. The light inside is also lovely. 10/10 so far.

It’s been two years since purchase and I really do like having the bottom freezer. Very convenient for me. Lots CNN of room both in top and bottom. I was just disappointed that the compressor went out so soon. Luckily that was still under warranty and a tech came and replaced. I just think that it shouldn’t have gone out so quickly

Love this so much I bought two. A year before moving I bought this refrig. When I bought my new house, I hated the refrig that came with the house. It was lovely to look at but was poor design and noisy as a model airplane. Within 5 months I bought another LG and have function, good looks, and quiet.

We owned the LG refrigerator for about 2 months. Its operation is flawless with the following exceptions. The numeric freezer/refrigerator temperature settings at the unit are settings, not actual interior temperatures. It's not helpful. Active temperature displays would have been helpful. The $.50 icemaker power rocker switch is inconveniently located on the icemaker unit buried deep in the rear of the freezer drawer. My wife is 74 years old, I'm 76. My wife is unable to bend all the way down to even see the switch let alone use it. Why wasn't the switch located conveniently located at the top of the unit next to the temperature setting indicators?

My family is very happy with this new purchase. At 5.5 more cubic feet than our previous unit, it fits perfectly within the same space with plenty of room and the features most important to us. Thoughtful design went into the door shelves and draws, and the ice maker is fantastic -producing more than enough ice to meet our daily needs. Temperature controls are easy to read and this refrigerator exceeds expectations. We are truly pleased with this purchase.

I was looking for a new refrigerator for 2 years and found myself always coming back to the this LG model. I love the spacing inside this product. Compared to the other double door mode out there. LG has managed to maximize every inch of space. The shelves are long and the one sided door offers lots of capacity for storage also. Also, the freezer compartment is sturdy and spacious. I am pleased with my purchase and congratulate LG on their design of this model.

All the room I need and more and lots of flexibility with the shelves. I love it. Best overall fridge/freezer I’ve purchased in my 54 years.

It is very large, so I can store everything I need. The controls are easy to understand and use. The shelves are easily adjustable to store taller items on the top shelf. I was also able to easily set up the Smart Diagnostics with the LG app on my mobile phone.
