We like the space usage features such as the wide meat or serving tray and the see-through drawers and shelves. Also very well lit. The ice maker works great! The fold-up door shelves add flexibility and the freezer has a moveable divider which we really like! Overall great product.

This is the best refrigerator I've ever owned. I've been using it full-time for 3 months now and am very happy with it. The refrigerator section is spacious and I like the fact that I can fit wide things on the shelves. The meat/cheese drawers is also a big plus. I can even fit a bottle of wine in there! None of my previous refrigerators has had a bottom freezer, but I really like that as well. So far, there isn't anything I don't like about this refrigerator.

This is the quietest refrigerator I have owned ( my third in 53 years). It is larger inside for the same external width, providing more space that the previous. The bottom freezer as a drawer is a much better feature than the old swing door. It is also more efficient than the one it replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honest review it’s been a great unit, until it when out a day away from thanksgiving we lost everything fridge and freezer, and still don’t have a refrigerator working kinda sucks, can’t get someone to work on it cause a lot of service companies don’t want nothing to do with LG, been without a fridge for 14 days, and I talked to them today to complain of corse and they said I should here something in 24/48 hrs to either get a new fridge or a refund.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While we really like the refrigerator, we learned upon installation that we can't reverse the swing of the door due to a manufacturing defect. Service technician was told by LG tech support to "use a hack saw" as the appropriate repair (which would leave the refrigerator less than fully functional). Extremely frustrating and slow process trying to get this resolved.

We bought this two months ago because we had just bought a house where the refrigerator had stopped working. So instead of our dream refrigerator, we needed a good quality refrigerator to fit a fairly narrow space that had a good amount of room. This LG fit the bill: 26 cu ft, multi-Air Flow with Smart Cool works great and it makes a good amount of ice. No bells and whistles like ice/cold water in door. But it seems well built and the PrintProof Stainless Steel finishes always looks clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago and have no regrets. We wanted a fridge with a lot of space and that’s what we got. The freezer is also very spacious. Because of the straightforward design with the single door, there is so much room inside and on the door. It’s the same size as my old fridge but this one by far has more space. The ice machine works great and the freezer drawer is deeper than my old fridge.

I absolutely love my new LG refrigerator. With the freezer on the bottom my husband and I can see everything that is in there and actually eat it and not end up throwing it away because it was not seen . The LED lights make it easy to see also. I wish I had bought ten years ago when I got my older one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doors difficult to open. Freezer door squeaks and will not stay open while searching for items - must hold door open with 1 hand. I could have door open for shorter periods of time if I could search with 2 hands. That said, temperature and humidity control superior to our old refrigerator.
