[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this on 12/10/22 replacing a 12 year old lower freezer unit. What a great upgrade! Just a little bigger, but lots more room. We are so pleased with the features and the layout of the inner drawers and shelves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to replace an old refrigerator freezer that fit too tight in the space it was in. We bought the LG with slightly smaller dimensions, but it was still a large capacity even though it was a midsize model. The layout is so perfect it seems to have more room than the old one did.

I read about LG being one of the few refrigerators that is top rated for reliability. It was exactly what I wanted, and I lucked out with a open box. It is quiet and I'm so happy to have found this. I was going to wait before getting a fridge untill I saw this. I love it! I just wish it had a water maker inside with the ice maker but I'm glad it has the ice maker. Thank you LG. We've had the refrigerator for about 3 weeks now and are very happy with it's performance. We do have a problem with the upper and bottom doors not aligned properly. We've had a service call and are waiting to see what solution LG offers. Once the fit and finish is resolved it's a solid 5 star.

The refridgerator is great, but the noise it makes upon startup is not! The fridge makes a loud banging noise when it starts. I've inquired via chat with LG, but I guess we just have to live with it because that's just how this fridge is. I'm sorry I didn't pick a different brand. =(

I love this big beast! I moved from a side x side for this and love it! I do fear I’ll lose things in the back of the shelves, so I invested in organizing bins for like items (condiments, pickles, etc.) and it’s just perfect. If there was one change I’d make - I’d like them to make one of the sleves adjustable to push back for tall drink containers (juice, wine bottles) as they only fit on the door if I don’t remove a shelf.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were so happy to get our new fridge but shortly after purchasing it started humming and buzzing so loudly that we had to unplug it for a while. The service center is a joke. Finally, we got someone in to determine it is defective. Waiting for a replacement. Nothing but trouble. The repair guy said these units don't last very long 3-5 years. Our last one lasted years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am totally in love with my new fridge- the no finger print exterior, the full width deli drawer, the easy set controls, the 2 drawer freezer, soooo much room in the top fridge that lets me see things easily and the deep fruit and vegetable bins!! I can even store wine in my deli drawer. I’m sold and recommend this one to everybody ❤️❤️❤️❤️

There is more room, it is easier to use and is costs less than split doors. I will never buy a spilt door refrigerator again. Consumer reposts gives this a very high rating. One of my happier appliance purchases.

Bought this fridge less than 2 years ago and have had to replace the compressor twice already. The condenser also had to be replaced. Love the design of the fridge but I can’t recommend it to anyone. Just waiting for it to go out again. Lost hundreds of dollars in food and lots of sleep. I would never buy another LG fridge!!
