[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about one year ago, works and looks great. Spacious for a 33” wide and 69” high. Only had one issue which freezer started frosting but was because drawer wasn’t closing properly. Called LG, which they responded promptly, sent a repairman, which fixed it and drawer closes better than when installed. And it was covered under warranty.

Had bought 1 years ago and had to get another jusr like it. Only thing was didn't have the ice maker on door, that my son wanted, but I am fine with it and love my new frig!!

The handle was a chore to switch but we got it done. The door holds so muc which is great and why I choose this style.. Really really like this refrigerator, ice maker works good as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge seems to be hot on side, sometimes it hums, ,gasket around freezer is split I bought fridge stove and washer and dryer all lg , and I had to buy another fridge door basket that holds the gallons of milk 85 buks cuz mine broke split right down the side I called lg and the answer I got was they don’t make em like they use to. I’m 64 years old and I never had the gasket rip on a fridge or the plastic milk holder break so sad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We switched to a top fridge/ bottom freezer for easier access without back strain. Great decision. I still think there need to be larger vegetable and fruit bins to accommodate things like broccoli, cabbage, and bags of citrus. Next design should have extra baskets for the freezer. Overall, very happy.

I have been in customer service for over 32 years and this is what I look for when dealing with an issue. She apologized for the issue and immediately scheduled a tech to come out. She was sympathetic and understanding. She made sure she resolved the issue and was very professional at all times. Great job.

My previous side by side was always so congested and made it an effort to find anything. I’ve only had it a short time but really enjoying it so far. Great product! Also love the finger print free finish- definite bonus

Love this so much I bought two. A year before moving I bought this refrig. When I bought my new house, I hated the refrig that came with the house. It was lovely to look at but was poor design and noisy as a model airplane. Within 5 months I bought another LG and have function, good looks, and quiet.

I've had this about 10 months and the only complaints I have are (1). the ice maker is a little louder than I thought it might be, but it's not terrible, and sometimes a few ice cubes will fall in behind the freezer drawer when the tray gets full. Easy enough to get to, to get them out though. We only have a space wide enough to fit this size fridge so I was worried it would be small but it has more room that I thought it would. I LOVE the long slide out drawer in the top part. (2) I do wish the shelves in the main fridge part, weren't one solid piece across because you have to be careful not to put anything too heavy on the 1st or 2nd shelf, so they don't bow in the middle. I think if each shelf was in 2 pieces so you could adjust half of one shelf if you had something tall that you needed to put in there but didn't have enough room for in the door would be better but all-in-all, I love it and would definitely buy it again.

We have had this refrigerator for 2 weeks. It has a good structure for storage and lighting is great. We had an issue with the drawers scrapping together and have been trying to get that corrected. Finally after many phone calls we had someone come out to look at it and a piece was missing. I would have given close to 5 stars but the hassle removed one star. Hope we will get what we need to make it right. Ice maker works great!
