I researched and wanted this fridge since last September but had to wait until June because of the pandemic. This fridge has exactly everything I want: huge freezer, excellent door space, wonderful deli drawer and beautiful lighting. It’s also amazingly quiet and the fact that it’s fingerprint proof is a big bonus.

I love the little pullout deli drawer to keep all the small things and the freezer is easily accessible and so nice to have on the bottom with easy pullout drawers. The only thing is that it seems to have is a lot of reverberation on the door shelves.

It is well lighted and easy to see everything inside. The crisper drawers and Glide-N-Serve are very useful. The stainless steel finish is easy to care for. This appliance is very attractive in our kitchen.

I am so very thankful that my search led me to this one. Replacing all of my appliances over the last couple of months has been a lot of work. But my refrigerator is now the "crown" in my kitchen. Love having the freezer on the bottom. LG did an amazing job designing the inside, too. Everything is so much easier to get to. I honestly cannot find one thing that I don't like about this refrigerator.

A lot of room to keep food cool and the freezer department is wonderful, plenty of room. I have also purchased an LG dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer which I love. My next purchase will be a stove and microwave then I'm all set. Love the brand, couldn't be happier

I looked a long time to find a bottom freezer model. After a lot of research I chose this model. Not long after our son bought one based on seeing ours. It has been 11 months and the ice make just went out and we are waiting on a replacement from an independent service company. Every shelf and door compartment seems to be adjustable and the freezer unit is huge. All in all a good unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this product after checking consumer reports ratings and found it was rated #1. Once the refrigerator was delivered it works fine, great lighting and features. Ice maker does a good job, and the "extra ice needed" feature is great.

This is the quietest refrigerator I have owned ( my third in 53 years). It is larger inside for the same external width, providing more space that the previous. The bottom freezer as a drawer is a much better feature than the old swing door. It is also more efficient than the one it replaced.

I have been in customer service for over 32 years and this is what I look for when dealing with an issue. She apologized for the issue and immediately scheduled a tech to come out. She was sympathetic and understanding. She made sure she resolved the issue and was very professional at all times. Great job.

The door has large compartments to fit many items, and the shelves inside can be adjusted somewhat. We’ve got it set so the bottom is tall enough for gallons and then a short shelf for those small things that get lost.
