I can tell that the food by the door is truly just as cool as deeper inside the fridge. We love the drawer arrangement for the bottom freezer - how they come out when you slide open the door. Definitely better than our previous fridge bottom freezer section. We like the ice maker position and the large bucket for ice. To my surprise, we actually prefer the open shelves to the more configurable shelves of our prior fridge. The fit/finish was not up to par, however. The plastic corner pieces are cheap looking on a stainless steel unit. The bottom and top doors are not aligned after the door was reversed. The plastic plugs for the door handle on the front look cheap on a stainless steel unit.

It has awesome interior space so that you feel like you’re getting the absolute most space for the area I am had

If we keep the door opened too long, it makes a sound to alert you that the door is open. It fits perfect in our kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had our fridge about 1 month. First thing we noticed was the controls are all on the top thus making it higher that the unit it replaced. So while paying attention to the width, if you have an over refrigerator cabinet, measure the height. Failing to pay attention to this measurement caused some delivery day carpentry. It was simple to install and get running. The interior shelving seems a bit weak given the width, not much weight and the shelves have a noticeable sag. Very concerned they may fail? Pretty hard to limit the use to just lighter items, but it forces us to put heavy items closer to the sides. We really liked this unit for this size and the black stainless is beautiful. Hopeful the sagging shelves will not be a problem.

This appliance ticks all the boxes and is super huge inside. Over 26 cubic feet inside for food storage, I’ll have food sitting in there for years before I find it !!

Bought this LG 26 cu.ft. bottom freezer/refrigerator less than a month ago and am so glad I did. It is exceeding all my expectations. After being plugged in it cooled down unbelievably quick. It is intelligently designed for maximum spaciousness and capacity. It runs so quiet you almost can't hear it. No clunking noises like my former unit. The on-off switch for the icemaker is a plus. I recommend it to anyone looking for a bottom freezer unit.

the Fridge overall is fine. we love the ice maker and everything else works well with one exception. the vegie crisper drawers have a large (1/4 inch) gap between them and the shelf above. any fresh vegies like celery get dehydrated within a couple days. we have to store everything in plastic bags and containers. we checked the double door fridge and it's crisper drawers seal well with no gap. this is our only complaint...

We needed a roomy second refrigerator to replace one that died. We didn’t want a door water/ice dispenser so that we could save the room. This refrigerator completely delivers. Makes plenty of ice and has a lot of shelf space as well as an ample freezer. It does a great job of regulating the temperature (unlike our experience with cheaper designs).

I bought this fridge a month ago, I love it so far, I have a narrow space, but it fits everything, and it is pretty quieter than my last one; if I leave it door open too long, it will start dinging let you know that it is open :) it seems very high quality for the price, I've recommended it to my neighbor since we have same space for a fridge.
