The cold cuts drawer across the bottom stores cheeses, deli meats, cream cheese, bacon and still has room left. The crispers keep our produce fresher longer and don't get me started on the freezer. Two drawers, one separated into two deep areas, one for ice and the other for frozen foods. The more shallow top drawer is perfect for storing frozen dinners and vegetables. It's quiet running, the surface is easy to keep clean, and it's overall the best refrigerator-freezer we have ever had. I highly recommend this LG product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was delivered about 2.5 weeks ago. I am so happy to find a stainless steel refrigerator with a print proof finish! The refrigerator and freezer both have so much room, and the lighting is nice and bright. My old refrigerator did not have good lighting, so I am happy about that. All in all, I am very happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this over a month ago. It has some great features and also energy saving. It is nice the shelves on the door can be folded up if you want them to be. They can be removed to clean them. Also the dividers on the shelves can be moved any place on the shelves. It has so much room every where in the refrigerator itself and the freezer. Also it will beep if you leave the door open too long. It does not make any noise. Looks great.

We found a great replacement and also purchased a new stove and microwave to help in the sale of our home. We've been very pleased with the freezer, ease of use is great. I love the drawers in the fridge, great for cheese and veggies. My boxed wine doesn't fit, however, so I have to lay it on its side. Luckily, the spout turns so all is well! 😵‍💫

I bought my LG bottom freezer refrigerator last year. A small piece of plastic has broken from the top freezer drawer it holds the small white wheel in place. Have tried to get part was sent the wrong thing. Also the white plastic strip across the front bottom shelf keeps coming off. Nothing major but I’m afraid it will never last 23 years like my last one.

This is our first refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom. We like the concept – everything in the refrigerator portion is easy to get at. And with the freezer in a drawer, nothing is falling out of the freezer anymore. We have a galley style kitchen and the dishwasher is opposite the refrigerator. We can now get something out of the refrigerator even if the dishwasher is open. Features we like: it is very quiet. The deli-tray is tall enough for egg cartons and pint containers such as sour cream. The ledge in front of the deli-tray is handy for setting things on temporarily as we rummage. Features we don’t like: only a very minimal amount of shelf position options inside the refrigerator and no options on the door; Vegetable bins are smaller than our last refrigerator (and that was a smaller refrigerator); only one divider for the freezer drawer – you really have to dig a lot to find anything; we don’t have the ice cube maker so having a bit of a problem figuring out where to put the ice cube trays and loose ice cubes; what is the shallow tray at bottom of door for? I have found only 2 things that will fit but afraid I will forget them since the tray is out of sight; it is a bit tacky having the screws showing on the door handle; there is a rubbing sound on sealer on the hinge side of door when closing the door.

We have had this since Sept. 2021. Only complaint is that the shelves are glass and rattle with glass bottles on them. Freezer compartment vibrates against side of unit and results in an annoying hum. Had tech out to fix and he was unable to fix problem.

I can tell that the food by the door is truly just as cool as deeper inside the fridge. We love the drawer arrangement for the bottom freezer - how they come out when you slide open the door. Definitely better than our previous fridge bottom freezer section. We like the ice maker position and the large bucket for ice. To my surprise, we actually prefer the open shelves to the more configurable shelves of our prior fridge. The fit/finish was not up to par, however. The plastic corner pieces are cheap looking on a stainless steel unit. The bottom and top doors are not aligned after the door was reversed. The plastic plugs for the door handle on the front look cheap on a stainless steel unit.

I bought this refrigerator in April 2020. In October 2022, it stopped cooling. The reason? The compressor failed. I wish I had done my research before purchasing and chosen a different brand. LG sent someone out to fix it, but now, it's noisier than ever and within a week, the temperatures started reaching 25 degrees in the freezer and 42 degrees in the refrigerator. Do yourself a favor, research LG refrigerators, and by all means, and steer clear of this!
