Keeps things frozen in the freezer very well; things last longer because of it. Best refrigerator I have ever had. LG fan. Always buy this brand for large appliances.

I wanted one which would hold all of my usually overstocked foods and that didn’t have a water/ice dispenser in the foot. They just take up to much room! This fridge is awesome, huge! Works amazing and I’m very happy!

We bought our new LG refrigerator two weeks ago and we absolutely love it. Being of a ‘certain age’ we needed shelves higher up and easier to find items. This refrigerator is perfect…….lots of space, (more than our old refrigerator) ample door shelves and a nice size bottom freezer. We are more than happy with our new purchase.

Took forever to get an appointment but then it was the valve & Ice Maker that was not working. Can't wait to have all items working and are enjoying our ice maker. Other than that loving all of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been living with the Fridge for about 4 months. Overall it has met our expectations. It performs as expected and has ample storage space for both cool/frozen sections. As we use an RO water system, the Fridge has a built-in bypass that allow for a direct connection to eliminate the need for filter or standalone bypass. One quality defect has been found which involved a missing screw which was causing a shelf to bow. After spending significant time on the phone with an agent to diagnose the the issue, an appointment was setup for technician to come onsite for the repair. As I already identified the root-cause of the issue, I simply installed the missing screw and issue was resolved and I simply then cancelled the service appointment. Looking back on the experience, this approach worked as I was comfortable performing the diagnostics that the phone agent requested. This might not be something everyone would want to be doing.

Fortunately we didn't lose any food as we had a back up fridge in the gargage. The repair person fixed the problem in 6 days and we were back up and running. Fingers crossed it lasts longer than just one more year

i purchased this unit 2 years ago and the compresser failed exactely 2 years from the date i purchased it. I had to wait over a week to get it repaired and had to go out to purchase a small appartment refrigerator to get us by while we waited for the repair, and lost approxamitly 150.00 worth of groceries due to the failure.

Upon looking for a replacement, my wife saw the LG one, and that was all she wanted. When we unwrapped it at home, the handles were dented. I made one call and in less than a week we had the new handles. Good job! Thanks so much.

This one seems to have nice features seems more roomy inside. I like that the front of the fridge Is fingerprint resistant.

I once saw a weird interview with Elon Musk in which he explained his vision for Tesla cars. He was literally crying and he said, "There are so few THINGS that make people happy." But, actually, this fridge makes us happy. It is truly compact on the exterior for a 25-26 cu foot capacity refrigerator and fits in a 33" wide, 28" deep niche (doors stick out as we wanted them to). It also has a really solid feel and is whisper quiet. But it's the space--the amount of it and the way it is arranged--that we love most. Things are easily visible and easy to reach in the upper, fridge section. In the freezer, the ice-maker is wider than we would like, and does its little whizzing noise a bit too often, but for people who use a lot of ice, it is probably fine. The one thing we had to buy separately (and wish came included) was a second drawer guide (divider) for the lower section of the freezer). But we love the space so much I am not taking any stars off for that.
