[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am on my 2nd fridge, and had issues with each one within 1 day of having it delivered. The first one seemed to have a bent frame and the motor made a grinding noise. So the store ordered a new Abe and exchanged it for us. That took 3 months. When the 2nd one was delivered, it started leaking within 1 day. We had to call LG to have them fix it. So nor off to a great start with this fridge. Hopefully we don’t have any more problems...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had all the configurations in a refrigerator and I like this one by far. The large Single door fits more in it than I got in any three door or side-by-side fridge. By not having the ice on the top there is so much more room inside also because of that.

We recently swapped another brand refrigerator for our LG system and couldn’t be happier. The refrigerator feels huge while fitting in our smaller space and allows for us to include all condiments in the refrigerator door. The light inside is also lovely. 10/10 so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this August 2020 and as of February 2020 I’ve had to have it serviced twice already. Fan quit and threw an error which got the freezer to frost up and required a service call. Main plastic broke. I’m told this was likely a fluke.

I love the size! It fits my 32.5 inch opening yet gives me 25 cuft of interior space. I can fit 2 good sized watermelons along with my usual food. Spacing is flexible and the 3 refigerator and 1 freezer drawer give excellent organization. I did not have to get an in door dispenser, yet I got an ice maker that I can use when I need it . One downside was that the condenser went out at just under 2 years, but LG repaired it under waranty (should have been in 3 days but the weekend got in the way). Also the front seems to get "dents" (you see an anomoly but not a deprssion) and LG does not yet offer matching paint for the sides - the paint there seemed thin because it got scuffed on the counter. But overall, i'm pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for a month now and it has been great. I’m still learning how I want to store everything because it’s so much bigger than my last fridge. My pictures don’t really show the full capable capacity because I had’t bought groceries yet—wanted to clean out the old fridge so I could sell it. But, even that little amount would have almost filled my old 18 cu ft fridge. Looking forward to holidays when I will really test the full capacity! I like that I can see everything without having to bend way over and it’s so much easier to get heavy dishes out. The bottom freezer is roomy so that I can store enough so I don’t have to go down to the basement to get something out of my upright freezer every day. I don’t use the ice maker but I do use the ice tub to empty my ice trays into. Freezing the full ice trays at first was tricky but I have figured out a way to do it so no longer a real issue. We had to cut down a cupboard & microwave nook to get the fridge to fit but it was totally worth it. All in all I’m glad I bought this model and hope it lasts a long time.

I’ve only had my new refrigerator for a couple weeks. My old one was 25 years old. I also had a bottom freezer on my old one, but it was impossible to excavate through my store, food to find what I needed. Whoever designed my LG refrigerator is brilliant. The space is ideal for my giant bags of frozen vegetables and there’s plenty of space to store containers of cooked food when I prepare large amounts of something and pack it into small meals. The compartments of the refrigerator section are incredible. The dryer is a nice and wide and I can fit everything with ease. The design is clean looking and the finish conceals finger marks. I think I got a great value even though it wasn’t expecting to spend so much for a refrigerator. I realize that the price is very fair with such a wonderful appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great big fridge for our family of four. Doors glide quietly and gently. The lighting is very bright and easy to see what’s in the fridge on all the shelves. Highly recommend for the great quality fridge at this price point!

Lost hundreds of dollars in groceries because I had to wait for the part. I will never buy another LG product ever again, nor would I recommend one to anyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is very nice looking and spacious but I’ve only had it for 3 years and the compressor/engine went fully out costing me over 300 of food spoilage. Other than that it’s a nice fridge just not so reliable.
