The absolute best part though that I totally did not expect is the fruit/vegetable drawer. My vegetables actually stay fresher and do not spoil quickly - this is such a bonus! First time owning a LG appliance and you have made me a convert!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fridge. The freezer on the bottom is best part. It rolls out so you can see and easily find what you're looking for. And having the refrigerator on top makes everything at eye level, no bending over to see or find anything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG - 25.5 Cu. Ft. Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator with Ice Maker - is VERY nice! It is HUGE! We LOVE all the space for food, drinks, and frozen items. The ice maker is a perk we've never had. There are no electronics in the doors and hopefully if something needs service it can be accessed easier. It's only been about 1 month, but I am thrilled with this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a month ago after my 15 year-old bottom-freezer refrigerator died. This refrigerator is a bit larger and it is much quieter than the older refrigerator. The freezer works amazingly and have had no issues with freezer burn. Note - it does come with an ice maker which I do not use due to no water supply to refrigerator. I can't comment on that item. Happy with my decision.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG Bottom Freezer Refrigerator is exactly what we hoped it to be. The access to refrigerated items are now much easier to reach, and the bottom freezer's storage areas allow us to layer our frozen items in date received and date to use order. We chose not to connect the ice maker at this time, but the parts included at purchase will allow us to add this feature seamlessly. This is a well thought out and produce appliance, and we are very happy with it!

I bought this in the late summer of 2020. I like the space and it worked well for 2 years. Well, it stopped suddenly a few weeks ago. Pretty sure it’s the compressor, but of course not one of the ones on the recall list. Timing was perfect since we just went grocery shopping and froze much of our produce from our garden…… lost basically everything. Prior to this moment I had no complaints. Hoping to get it fixed soon.

The condenser failed on my refrigerator, otherwise I am happy with my LG. Waiting 2 weeks to get it repaired was hard on my family; but it was a logistical problem, that LG didn’t create. Lastly, it was the customer service team and the repair technician, that soothed my disappointment. Now, if I can receive my re-imbursement, for my losses, in a timely manner; All will be well, with me & LG. I will highly recommend their products, if they follow through on their promise. David G

More room in this Refrigerator from top to bottom than my previous one and nearly 3 inches less wide so it fits my space much better. If you're looking a Refrigerator, best to check this one out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy with our purchase of this unit. Runs quiet and the only noise we are hearing is the slight whirl of the ice maker when it turns to dump the ice into the tray. Brightly lit and easy to see what is inside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been living with the Fridge for about 4 months. Overall it has met our expectations. It performs as expected and has ample storage space for both cool/frozen sections. As we use an RO water system, the Fridge has a built-in bypass that allow for a direct connection to eliminate the need for filter or standalone bypass. One quality defect has been found which involved a missing screw which was causing a shelf to bow. After spending significant time on the phone with an agent to diagnose the the issue, an appointment was setup for technician to come onsite for the repair. As I already identified the root-cause of the issue, I simply installed the missing screw and issue was resolved and I simply then cancelled the service appointment. Looking back on the experience, this approach worked as I was comfortable performing the diagnostics that the phone agent requested. This might not be something everyone would want to be doing.
