I got my first LG Refrigerator for my family and I am so happy!!! I’m amazed at its quality, refrigerator and freezer space as well as its beauty I am so proud. Thank you LG for the quality made just for us!!

We would have purchased a different style (French Door) but our kitchen configuration didn't allow it. This fridge is nice, so we don't feel like we settled. I would have given it 5 stars, but the drawers seem to have an issue. On the plus side of that LG was quick to send me new ones, I don' think that's the problem, but they were quick to try and fix it. When the problem still exists with the new drawers, we will see how quickly they get someone out to rectify.

So we got this new LG refrigerator because it’s super roomy and we didn’t want the ice abs water in the door. The. Freezer is huge and the ice maker works great. We love everything about this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator holds everything without looking cluttered. I love the drawer sizes which fit foods such as cheeses, meats and vegetables. The bottom freezer is spacious and it is easy to find what you need.

We really like how much room we have in this fridge. Makes a lot of ice; more than we need, but it has the option to turn off the ice maker. This is our first freezer on the bottom model but second LG fridge in a week because the first one had a leak in the back whenever the ice tray filled so it had to be replaced. Happy this one is not broken. Hope to have this for many years.

Overall this product fit the need of our office. Plenty of space, easy access and really like the auto ice maker. However, the handle to the refrigerator (not freezer) broke off after 7 months. I have been struggling to get it repaired, that system is terrible and not easy to navigate through. To date the handle is still not repaired.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator seems to be running constantly and compressor causes bottles etc, stored on shelves to vibrate creating noise. Doors can be nearly impossible to reopen immediately after being opened and closed. Ice maker is very noisy. On the other hand, the interior is very large and well lit and it maintains the temperature well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge. Except, this morning we found a pitcher of milk with the top of the milk frozen. We will check on this given a bit of time. Great capacity. Good visibility of all items. The freezer items are also visible and accessible. I like the fridge and freezer temperature indicators at the top when the door is open.

On a Saturday night, I realized the frig wasn't cooling. Sunday morning I called to make a claim and they scheduled it for Monday morning. Serviceman showed up on time, explained the issue, and replaced the compressor. He was very friendly and made sure I understood what he was doing and why. Haven't had an issue after the replacement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time ever owning a bottom freezer fridge and I love it! the top refrigerator is well designed with lots of storage and easy to clean. Nice and bright inside and attactive on the outside! will never go back to a top freezer appliance.
