Love this appliance

So far I love it! I haven't had it for a month yet but I love how spacious the refrigerator and freezer are! Love how the top shelves in the door move upward so you can store larger products in the shelf below!

Hey there. We want to help you with your LG fridge. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take to address the humming noise: 1. Ensure no items are blocking the fan or any vents inside the refrigerator. Sometimes, items can obstruct airflow, causing unusual noises. 2. The compressor may be making noise if it is not functioning correctly. Please listen closely to see if the noise comes directly from the compressor. 3. Make sure your refrigerator is level. An unlevel refrigerator can cause vibrations and noise. You can adjust the leveling legs if necessary. 4.: Please ensure that the power cord is fully plugged in and there are no electrical outlet issues. If needed, could you try unplugging the unit for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in to reset it? 5. Some humming is normal during operation, especially when the compressor is running. I love it!

I absolutely love this. I always had top freezer and chose this because it is easier to reach for everyday items without bending down. Everything keeps better and longer than my previous refrigerators.

Love the refrigerator, hate the freezer

Very roomy refrigerator. Bright LED lights. Looks nice. Easy to ding though. Freezer is smaller than my old top mount. Now it's making loud buzzing noises and it's only a year and a half old.

Would rather have the finger prints than scratches

Not even a week into owning this I saw scratches on the anti-finger print front. Turns out you can't have magnets that aren't soft on it. Marks all over it now.

Won’t buy another!

I bought my refrigerator 3years ago and like thousands of other owners my compressor went bad. I would think after one law suit lost, you would have come up with a working compressor that last longer than 3 years.

Lasted a little over a year

I have always loved LG, but I bought the refrigerator and after 1 year it quit. I had been warned by the salesman but never thought LG would be so bad. Now I can't afford to get it fixed. Will never buy any LG product.
