Great value and great support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought our fridge about a year ago. We included a service agreement with our purchase. We found that the freezer was warming, we pulled it away from the wall and vacuumed the coils and after plugging back it in again the freezer started to work. After 24 hrs it stopped. We called for service Andre was super helpful and made the steps of self check and check for codes easy - no codes - we reset refer and we were all set we thought ….. Two days later the refrigerator stopped cooling/freezing. Called service again- gave case # and all our notes were in the system and made it easy to convey to new agent we need to have repair come out. It took two days to have a repair person call and say he was in the area and could come at 4:30 ish his name was Sal and was great!!! He did his diagnostics and had to replace the compressor and updated software and it we were up and running in no time. He really new his stuff

First 2 damaged. 3rd one slides on the floor.

The first 2 refrigerators had damaged freezer door handles and never made it to the kitchen. Third one slides on the floor when opening the refrigerator or freezer door(s). Frig and freezer are full. Floor is level. Dissatisfied. Would like a solution.

Reversible Door (but you have to handle it)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this in part due to the reversible door. We paid the extra fee for installation. Installer would not reverse door. 45 minutes on the phone with LG customer care and their answer is that we need to find someone to reverse it ourselves (and pay for it ourselves). Why did we pay an installation fee???

Love this appliance

So far I love it! I haven't had it for a month yet but I love how spacious the refrigerator and freezer are! Love how the top shelves in the door move upward so you can store larger products in the shelf below!

Tired of Samsung problems

I bought this a week ago as I was tired of my top of the line Samsung Refrigerator freezing up. I went with a simpler Refrigerator and although it's slightly smaller it holds more inside.

Not worth it

Compressor lasted less then 5 yrs LG keeps giving me the runaround I have loss around 800 in food still waiting on repair person to call me to schedule
