The compresser has gone out of our refrigerator and we cannot get it repaired, even though it is under warranty. We also own LG range,washer, dryer, and TV. If we don't get satisfaction, we will never buy another LG product. I'm a member of UCW union and will pass along my frustration to my fellow members.

Take extra insurance for bottom freezer LG frig
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 4 years ago and while away for three weeks the compressor went out and I came home to a disaster. If you get this kind of refrigerator make sure you take out the extra insurance. Daniel the repair guy was outstanding but they could not get hm to my house for 6 more days.

Decent but two huge flaws
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge layout (ex freezer on bottom) is good. Compressor is underpowered and noisy. Annoying to listen to when it runs. But the absolute WORST thing is the “door is open” beep that it makes. So annoying. Imagine you’re loading in groceries and thus need to keep the door open but you have to listen to that beep the whole time. Or you open the door and take a minute to think about what you want to get out. Beeping. You need to change the beep to start off the door has been open for like 5 minutes. Clearly you forgot about it in that case and need to be reminded. That would be fine. As it is though I’m not buying another LG fridge until you fix the compressor to make them robust and quiet, and either remove the door beep or significantly delay its start

Nice Fridge
Just took delivery of my new Fridge LG Model LRDCS2603S today. Appears it is going to be a great product. Top cooled quickly as did the Freezer. The problem i have is the arm on the ice maker hangs down to far which prevents you from removing the ice tray or sliding the upper compartment all the way out.
Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The compressor went out after three years. Thankfully we have a 15 year old refrigerator in the garage that's never had a problem. LG is sending a company out to fix it, but we've been without our LG for over a week now. Plus the freezer drawer is made cheaply and the plastic rail broke off. They sure don't make appliances like they used to. Our old fridge in the garage has been abused so badly (hit by cars, etc.) and it's still plugging away. Stop trying to make things fancy! Just make them work!

Great product

Nice fridge

It is under warranty but it has been a bit of a struggle getting it worked on. We have been without a fridge for two weeks now.

Spacious refrigerator and freezer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG refrigerator/ freezer on 8/27/20. It worked very good for over 4 years. Started having issues with freezer getting warm and/or ice cubes melting. Refrigerator was great we didn’t have problems.

Great Fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] first time i have ever brought a new fridge and it is great love the multiple drawers in the fridge and the freezer hold a lot. might need to take a shelve out to fit larger items but it gives you the option to make it fit your needs. door might stick sometimes but that's because its running so well. we love this fridge.
Possessed Refrigerator
Refrig worked great till Oct 2024....still waiting for a successful repair. 1st repair called for a compressor & when they came back about a month later, the new tech said it only needed a new control panel. Few days later, it was installed & it did not work. Had to come back to reinstall the old control panel which works for about 24 hrs after you unplug it for 20 minutes. Nov 24 & waiting fpr another control panel. Time off from work, spoiled food & the purchase of a small refrig & still having a problem.
