I was honestly nervous to get the Windmill air conditioner because it was so pretty that I assumed it wouldn’t also work so well, but it DOES! It’s quiet, has a gorgeous display, discreet and even stylish in the window (which it fit super easily, the instructions were so simple), and of course keeps our place the perfect temperature. Huge upgrade for our apartment, definitely recommend.

So easy to install & easy to use! Love the fact that there’s an Eco mode (which I’ve been using most often). Didn’t think I’d enjoy having yet another app on my phone but it’s actually so user friendly and I’m enjoying the fact that I can control the AC from a different room. Cools down my 600 sq ft. space perfectly and does not sound overwhelmingly loud like other window AC’s!

We loved our Windmill from the second we took it out of the box. Instructions were simple and clear. Installation was quick. We got the unit for the window of a shed that we’re using as a little homeschool room. I don’t need the space cooled 24/7, but I wasn’t sure how the unit would do with intermittent use. It’s been perfect. We turn it on when we go out there and the room is cool in a short amount of time—during a hot Texas summer. BEST PART: The unit stopped working. I tried everything. I reached out to customer service. They walked me through some steps. When we couldn’t get it working again, because it was still under the year warranty, they sent me a replacement. I’m floored that Windmill backs up the quality of their product this way. Next time I need an AC unit like this, Windmill is the brand I buy.

The windmill ac was very easy to install… the side panels make it look so much nicer than a regular ac. I love how the light from the setting change dims after a minute or two so it doesn’t shine and glow all night when trying to sleep. I love that I can control it from my phone too.

This is one of the best Air Conditioners I have ever owned and I have been buying them for a long time. I had a problem with the first one I bought, online customer service and I went through a series of system checks we found the compressor was faulty. Two days later I had a new Air Conditioner at my door. This one works like a dream so quite.

Set up was easier than the packet said. App works seamlessly. You can set up triggers and timing for the ac to turn on and off at certain points. It does everything you would expect and more. Very quiet and effective. Cools down my living room and dining room very well and quickly.

This air conditioner is everything our family needed. Due to my sons health issues we had to take out our old window ACs because they were having an effect on his lungs. Having no AC in Brooklyn for a family of five was becoming a huge problem. Discovering windmill air has been a lifesaver. We are able to maintain a comfortable temperature, with clean fresh air that does not compromise my sons health. It was also very easy installation, I did it myself in ten minutes all while taking care of 3 toddlers. Thank you windmill air!!

This AC unit is so quiet... the oscillating fan I had in this room is louder! Love the app and ability to set up routines. In the middle of a Texas July heat wave, my poorly insulated, attic-over-the-garage turned office feels great in the heat of the day. Plus, installation was a snap. The Hubs and I had it installed in 10 minutes. It also looks much nicer than the unit we had in here previously. Highly recommend!!!

I rarely write reviews, even when the product is great, but Windmill is an exception. Not only is the product solid, the customer service is the best I've experienced. Very patient, knowledgable, immediate responses to several questions I had setting the AC up and getting it to run smoothly. Replacied my kids AC with a Windmill- old one was loud, Windmill super quiet. My daughter who is NOT handy, installed it herself- so definitely it had clear instructions. Looks sleek and my daughter had said she'd seen lots of people getting these and raving on social media, now she's one them too, lol.
