I am the proud owner of the Windmill 8K with whisper tech. First the install was a breeze… everthing included in the box! I blends so well in the living room… Uber cool design. On the tech front, once plugged in and connected to WIFI… barely a couple of minutes… easier to use than an iPhone (which is so intuitive!) I have kept my unit on since I received it… I forget it’s on because it’s so quiet! I am so happy that I am getting another unit for our bedroom… want to be cool and need to be quiet to catch zzzzzz I am not paid by Windmill to comment… if a product is great … it has to be shared. Get one or more… you won’t regret it

The Windmill was very easy to install by myself(took less that a 1/2 hour). The design is nice and clean and it quickly cools my bedroom. The controller is simple to use and easily understandable. The unit is a tad bit noisier than I would have liked. But, overall, it is a keeper and I am pleased with it.

This is by far the quietest air conditioner I've ever owned. And it's very efficient. The house is very cool without all the noise. It looks beautiful and was very easy for the Task Rabbit installer to put in. I plan to upgrade both air conditioners for the bedrooms next year.

This is a great AC - beautiful inside and out (my window is first floor street facing, so nice bonus that it looks good on the outside.) I live in a small apartment, so I particularly like that the AC vents upwards, and isn't blowing on me directly in a small room. The interface takes a beat to get used to, since it's not as basic as a basic AC, but the app is a bonus and love that the LED light turns off.

Customer service is excellent. Even though my warranty was expired, I was shipped a new air conditioner. The previous one was only used for two months, and the compressor was gone. Due to several hours of trying to troubleshoot, windmill decided to send me a new one. I appreciate that more than you know.

The Windmill AC is a beautiful and easy-to-use product. They've considered every detail when designing this product, from the unboxing experience to the hardware itself. The materials feel high-quality and durable, which is important for a piece of equipment that runs daily such as an air conditioner. My only complaint was that I did not realize there were two different iOS apps based on when the AC was made, so that caused some confusion when I tried to connect the AC to wifi. Otherwise, it is a fantastic product that performs well.

Windmill Air has surprising refreshing and outstanding customer service after the sale. In today world of different companies that warranty their product before you buy it then make excuses why it’s not covered after you buy it is not the case with Windmill Air. I found they stand by their air conditioner and make everything right. I will buy a Windmill Air product again. I recommend you buy their air conditioner because of the customer service, the warranty and clean cosmetic appearance, I also like the feature of blowing the cool air toward the ceiling and then it drifts down thru out the room. It’ not a typical window ac appearance that draws your attention to it, the Windmill Air does not command attention like a typical ac with a ugly open front grill design. It is also quieter than other brand air conditioner’s.

The Windmill AC I purchased is meeting and exceeding expectations. There is a bedroom in my house’s attic / third floor that gets warm. A competitor product I purchased proved loud and unreliable. Instead, I went with Windmill, which was fairly easy to install and works well in terms of operations, noise, and appearance. I also considered a similar in window product by a competitor but that one had a more complicated installation and didn’t look as nice. I would recommend this product.
