I have purchased 4 windmill A/C units and have loved the easy installation and their appearance. Unfortunately, when I went to install 1 of the units after having it out during the Winter, the unit would not blow cold air. I emailed Windmill and was supported by two different people that provided fantastic service. They walked me thru the troubleshooting and then helped replace the unit when it was deemed irreparable. They were quick and helpful and truly supportive. The other units I purchased are working just fine but it’s great to work with a fantastic customer service team. I purchased an ac unit, it arrived and when I tried to use it, it sounded defective. I emailed customer service, sent a video of what my unit was doing. They responded almost immediate, I was so surprised and thankful! We preformed some trouble shootings and the unit was deemed defective. They sent me a new one within a few days. Hands down the easiest, most helpful, and very effective customer service. I love my Windmill, I’m slowing growing my collection. = )

We’ve had our Windmill AC for 2-3 weeks and so far we are very happy with the purchase. Windmill does live up to its reputation for the sleek design and is very quiet. Installation was easy but we couldn’t fasten the side panels into our window frames because we have metal window frames (this happens with all ACs we purchased before so not a Windmill specific problem).

My 8000 btu model arrived on my front porch quickly and without incident. The install was much easier than any of my previous window ac units and much safer as well. The unit is pretty good looking, cools efficiently and above all, quietly. I did have difficulty with the app in that I couldn’t load it. It’s not a big loss because phone control is not a big issue for me. I love that the indicator lights shut off until one presses the remote. I am pleased with this purchase.

Our Windmill window air conditioning unit was making a funny noise, so I contacted the company to see what the issue could be. After sending them videos of the sound, they decided to send us a brand new air conditioning unit! The customer service team at this family-owned company went above and beyond to help us out. When I mentioned that we had paid to have the unit installed the first time and would need to hire someone to install the new one, they offered to send us a gift card to help with the cost! Their customer service team was exceptional and I was so happy they were easy to work with. They even responded to my emails on the weekends! I really can't say enough about how fantastic this experience was! Thank you, Windmill!!

I love my windmill unit. But what I love more than the unit itself, is the customer service. I reached out to explain my issue and in no time the windmill team responded and made everything right. I recommend windmill to all of my family & friends. My next purchase will be purchasing one of the new ultra quiet units.

I got the 6000 btu to keep my room cool, I’m super happy with it. Looks good, works well and it’s pretty quiet. The installation was easy, if you can lift some weight. I love that you can control the temp from your phone, such a great feature for pets.

I loved my Windmill AC, but not long after I bought it, the ground to the plug broke, rendering the unit unusable. After contacting customer service, I was delighted when they assured me that they would send me a new AC, and it arrived in less than a week. Not only is the product fantastic (quiet, and perfectly chilling), but customer service is fantastic. Wholeheartedly recommend!

Absolutely love the large 10,000 BTU Windmill. Quick setup, easy to install, sleek modern design, and feels like central air and a cool breeze on the first floor of our home. Best decision we ever made to upgrade from an old air conditioner that just blew air into one room. The upward motion of the fan cools 2-3 rooms for us!

We loved our Windmill from the second we took it out of the box. Instructions were simple and clear. Installation was quick. We got the unit for the window of a shed that we’re using as a little homeschool room. I don’t need the space cooled 24/7, but I wasn’t sure how the unit would do with intermittent use. It’s been perfect. We turn it on when we go out there and the room is cool in a short amount of time—during a hot Texas summer. BEST PART: The unit stopped working. I tried everything. I reached out to customer service. They walked me through some steps. When we couldn’t get it working again, because it was still under the year warranty, they sent me a replacement. I’m floored that Windmill backs up the quality of their product this way. Next time I need an AC unit like this, Windmill is the brand I buy.
