We love it! We needed a quieter ac for our baby, and Windmill did the job. Installation was pretty easy! I like the app. I can turn it on and off when away, and monitor the temperature of the room. One thing I’m having trouble with is that I use celsius, and when I convert my profile to it there’s a glitch that won’t let me change the temperature. Also the Alexa skill doesn’t work for me, haven’t been able to login.

The AC is lovely, basically the coolest window AC I have ever seen, but I would like to gush about the responsive and helpful customer service. I really appreciate the help with my oddball problem (nothing the company did wrong, just me trying to track down a theft when fedex delivered to my porch). You guys are appreciated for taking the time to get me a new unit and answering my questions.

This is the most beautiful, modern A/C unit I've ever owned. I was ambivalent initially, but the aesthetics and functionality of the Windmill matched with its stellar reviews won me over. I live alone in a NYC studio apartment in a four story walkup. Having an adequate, quiet air conditioner during the warmer months is not a luxury, but a necessity, especially when the humidity is unrelenting. I love how gorgeous this looks in my window and how it blends with the rest of my minimalist design. Whomever designed this product deserves props for creativity, thinking outside of the box, and delivering something to the consumer with discerning taste and needs. Yes, it is a bit more than your average A/C unit, but imagine not having to contend with additional noise, repairs or a monstrosity hanging in your window. The Windmill is a good investment. I have issues with my spine stemming from multiple surgeries and thus hired someone whom professionally installed it for me, which was an expedient process. Treat yourself to this sublime AC. You will not return to anything else.

We ordered the The Windmill AC - 6K BTU Original. We have a small bedroom, with small windows. This AC fit perfectly. We love that it can be controled by our phones to set automations or to change temp. It’s so easy to use. And it’s quiet, very quiet. Love it.

There is a lot to like about this ac. First off it has an original and modern looking design. I really like the app, you can control the temperature and make schedule changes, it works very well with the ac, but I do wish they had voice control via google or some other assistant and I wish they only used one app instead of two. The installation was easy, and everything is pre installed which is a plus. I do wish they had a video guide to go along with the book instructions, but the book instructions are still really good and simple enough to understand. The ac cools and circulates air really well, and I like that it doesn’t blow air into your face. The ac is somewhat quiet but I wish it was even more quiet like around 40 decibels. I also wish that they could use more environmentally friendly packaging if possible instead of styrofoam. And I just love the little details they put into the ac like the magnetic filter tray removal, carbon filters, the clean side panels, and the way the LED light turns off to not disturb sleep at night! Overall this is a really high quality, well thought out ac unit!!

I order two different AC which One was yours and Midea AC. The Midea was not for our window and to complicated to put it together .The air condition windmill is easy to put in easy to use but in case of things that happened to me with an E3 that show on the screen didn’t know what it was. it would be good to put some instructions in the box on what to do instead of emailing people in the middle of the night to find out how to fix the problem unfortunately they didn’t know and they replace mine with a new windmill air condition with the amount of BTU my room is only 10 x 12 and it should be really really cold but it’s not, So I just have to deal with it . Need to improve the coldest on the AC. If you do that you will have a great product. If you improve it.

The air conditioning unit has some extremely smart features and a couple of simple solutions for chronic issues I've experienced with other air conditioners. With my prior air conditioners in the house every time I removes the plastic cover to change the filter it would never go back on properly and it would rattle consistently. The windmill has magnetic cover something so simple but brilliant

I love how not only beautiful the unit is but SO quiet! It sounds like a small noise cancelling machine and is so nice. I loved that I was able to book a Task Rabbit to help install through Windmill Air, and they were able to install quickly and seamlessly. Could not suggest this more.

Who knew I’d be singing the praises of a window AC unit?! Windmill air is the best. Hands down. No lie. 10/10 recommend. Not only did their stellar customer service team respond to my inquiries quickly and effectively, but delivery was quick, installation was easy, and quality is top notch. My unit is quiet, cool, and cute - three descriptors that I never imagined I’d be using about a window AC unit. In fact, we might just buy an additional unit for another room. I love my Windmills, they are the perfect air conditioner for smaller rooms such as my study, where the air doesn't blow directly on my desk and me--and also ideal for bedrooms, since they are--and I am so looking forward to my new super quiet Windmill--quiet, well insulated, and maintain an even temperature thanks to their excellent thermostatic controls. The low profile and pleasant cover are also an asset--also in situations where the machine can be seen from outdoors, the grille is more like a nice garden fence than an a.c. exterior. Congratulations to this extension of a family tradition in the air conditioning business. And also thanks for the charming covers. Last but not least, the customer service is exceptional.
