This is a very quiet A/C and I'm surprised that the major manufactures are not producing the same technology. It's so quiet that any little noise will make one wonder. So a couple of days after installing, I noticed a chirping sound and contacted customer service to make certain this is normal. (still was quieter than a traditional unit). It was determined that the sound is not normal and must have suffered shipping damage. Without hesitation I was sent via express delivery, another unit. This is quiet enough that I had to wonder how it could cool, but it does an excellent job of that as well. Our sofa is in front of the A/C and it doesn't bother at all. The air blows up, not out. I love the wifi feature and the app is simple without complicated graphics. This outfit knows how to do it and I am a 100% supporter! I'll be buying more for other rooms in our 1920's Washington DC Co-Op

We ordered 2 10k btu quiet units for our home and received them quickly. Unfortunately one of the units did not work properly. An email sent to the support team was responded to in a few hours, troubleshooting services suggested, and when that did not resolve the problem a new unit was shipped out to us quickly. It’s always frustrating to get a product that’s not working properly, but a great company sets itself apart by making a resolution quick and painless. Very satisfied with our purchase and will add a few more units to our 1525sft home in the coming season. Compliments to the design team and the customer service team.

The customer service of this company is amazing. Sometimes. You take chances with smaller companies. And I’m so glad I took the chance with them. My room is ice cold and it’s amazingly quiet. I have the whispertech and it makes its promise. Any questions you have. They get back to you right away. Like. Right away. Maybe an hour response time. I love the product. I love the service. I love this AC, it cools my whole downstairs very quickly and is so quiet. Easy to install and more sleek looking than other ACs. I had an issue with my AC at first that it was making a weird noise and they were extremely responsive and helpful in fixing the issue.

The 10k BTU air conditioner that I ordered was damaged in shipment. I got in touch with Windmill's customer support, and they were in real-time conversation with me via e-mail to troubleshoot the problem and then determined that the unit needed to be replaced. They worked with me to schedule shipment so it would fit my availability, and followed up to make sure all was well. Thank you Eddy and the rest of the Windmill support team!

AC is quiet and cools weel but the app could use some work. There is no way to set a timer to turn off on the unit or with the remote so you have to use the app. The app has no pre built timer function so hou have to build a multi step "automation flow" just to have e a timer for an hour or a 2 and they often get stuck. Outside out that few complaints so far

I love the super quiet AC unit. Perfect for my home office-quiet enough for me to hold Teams meetings. Had an issue with the original unit, but the customer support was amazing. Followed up quickly and after just a few questions and uploading a quick video, they replaced the original unit. So impressed with the support. And anyone that comes into my office space is amazed at how quiet the unit is. And I love how I can control everything from the app. I highly recommend the product and the company/support behind it.

I couldn't be more pleased with my new Windmill AC. It's very quiet, cools my home office (which is in direct sun most of the day) in record time, and was relatively easy to install. It's competitively priced and was promptly shipped directly to my home. I would readily buy it again and recommend it without hesitation.

We ordered 2 units and one came making a weird noise the other wasn’t making so we reached out to customer service about the noise and after doing some trouble shooting it was determined we needed a new unit. They were speedy at replacing the unit at no extra cost to us. We will certainly be back for any future needs we may have!

The thoughtfulness of the design and installation process was fantastic! Little things like them including a pair of nice siccors was impressive.We had a problem with our unit's fan rattling and after working with customer service (who were great) and sending them videos they replaced it with no problems.My only complaint was that they should allow for larger video sizes. 10 MB is way too small to capture the issue.
