I can’t say enough this company has great customer service. A/C stopped working I emailed them on a Saturday and Skye emailed me back within 20 minutes, we went through all the steps to find out what was wrong with the system. When they reviewed everything they found it was the unit that was not working they sent us a new unit awesome was not expecting that at all. Very thankful because the east coast was getting a heatwave.

When I first turned it on, I wasn't even sure it was on! The compressor makes a tiny bit of noise when it first comes on for 4-5 seconds, and then after that I can barely hear it. It cools the room much more quickly than my old unit. After that, I can use the Eco mode to maintain the temperature. I was able to install the app with no issues.

I had to buy a new AC because of a major recall on the brand I had. I'm really liking this unit. I feel like it cools more completely with less effort, it's quieter than most units I've ever had, and it's much nicer looking which isn't important but nice to have. My only, only wish is that they sold a support bracket for it. Needed or not I always feel better with it and my last brand had one designed for it so I got spoiled. :)

This is a replacement model for a unit just barely out of warranty that, for some mysterious reason, started icing up. I contacted customer service who helped me troubleshoot it and it was deemed defective. They asked appropriate questions, like the size of the room, and then sent a new one. I can tell there have been some improvements, and it works great!

Overall, I have been very happy with Windmill products - very smart invention to include sleek design and the covering of the side fan panels - how smart!!! Unit looks cosmopolitan installed and not messy. Everything fits pretty snuggly for a good look in the home.Thank you!

We had originally ordered two Windmill 8,000 BTU units and one was great but the other rattled and was quite noisy. We were disappointed since one of the selling points of Windmill is that they are quieter than most. Customer service worked with us to trouble shoot but nothing helped. They then sent us a second unit in a very timely manner, and with no hassle. I would recommend this product and company to anyone without reservation!!

I bought an AC last summer. It was working fine for the summer. It was getting hot in Spring 2025. I started up the unit and it was making weird sound and stopped working. The unit made noise, so I knew the compressor was working but no fan noise. I contacted Windmill customer service. They had me go through a few tests on the unit and they told me that the unit is defective. They shipped a replacement immediately and I received it within a week.That was June 2025. Now it is mid Aug, 2025 and it is going well. We had very hot July in Chicago area. I am happy with how Windmill CS helped me out.

I am not strong. Yet I was able to single-handedly install the 10K a/c by myself within an hour. When I turned it on, there was a little bit of noise. Now that it’s been two days, it’s basically silent. Highly recommend. I also love that the air blows out on the sides and not through the face — much more comfortable this way if you place it in front of your bed or desk. Really lovely design, both aesthetically and functionally.

Love the look of this and the installation was pretty easy! Having an app for your ac makes it feel so fancy but it’s also so nice to be able to set it to whatever temp you need before getting into the room. It’s a great machine and blows the air up so it’s not blowing directly on you but is cooling the whole room.

I bought the 12,000 BTU unit when one of my central units was hit by lightening. I already had purchased two of the windmill fans and loved the style and quality so the AC was a quick decision. After almost a year the AC unit began making a loud noise when the compressor kicked on. I notified customer service fearing I wouldn’t get a response or any help but they surprised me. They replaced my unit after I sent a video of the noise my unit was making.
