These were ordered for a Thursday delivery for a Saturday wedding. They did not arrive! The tracking said “mechanical” error. Now we have to scramble LAST MINUTE to find flowers for the wedding. I should have paid more attention to past reviews.

Flowers came looking and feeling dried out. Huge difference between the 30cm-40cm length! I immediately put them in water and flower food and I'm hoping these are usable for my event!

When placing order there should be instructions that someone must be home to sign for the package. I had to pick them up the next day at an auto parts business. By the time I received them they were wilted.

These flowers arrived unusable. The heads were the size of a penny. When I unwrapped the bunch the petals immediately fell off. They were completely unusable. If a product is like this they should not be offered at all.

These were delivered on a Wednesday before a Saturday wedding. We left them in a temperature controlled environment but were not able to open them for over three hours. They were definitely some of the more delicate florals, but many of them survived to look great at the wedding. I questioned the cost (monetary and time) versus reward on this one. They were best with floral wire but it took time to insert and they were very small flowers.

These came very dry and every bundle had a rotten stems. Most of them were closed and never opened. And the ones that were ok didn't last longer then 2 days. They were rotten and dead by the wedding. Very upset because I've ordered several times from Sam's for events.

Arrived on time and we’re better than expected for a Christmas season wedding.
