Simply beautiful

I ordered these for my daughters bridal shower. They arrived a day early, which was not ideal as I was concerned about keeping them fresh for 3 days before our event. They arrived a little limp. I trimmed them and put them in water with some flower food and they perked up and lasted for nearly 3 weeks. They were gorgeous and perfect. I would order these again!

Too delicate for shipping

Too delicate for shipping. These flowers were delayed in customs and when they arrived about 40% of them were not usable for the wedding. The petals fell off and many of the flowers were brown. The ones that survived were good but I was disappointed in these particular flowers. The roses and white stock were much more hardy and survived the shipping more intact.

These are beautiful, delicate, and expensive flowers. During shipping, I think the delicate flowers may have been damaged, making them unusable for our event. However, with excellent customer service from Sam’s Club, we were able to get a full refund easily. No questions asked! Thank you sams!!

Wrong color delivered

I just bought these and honestly it’s a very small amount of flowers for the price and to top it off they sent the wrong color! The funny part is the color they sent is not even offered on the website. I can’t use them because they are a dark wine purple color. I needed them for my daughters bday! When I called for a refund they said I had to donate the flowers to a church or hospital and provide a donation receipt. What a joke! They made the mistake! They should provide a refund no questions asked. Now I have to go out of my way and feel extremely embarrassed to donate a tiny bouquet of flowers because that’s how little flowers you get. Don’t order. Now I’m stuck having to find flowers for my daughters bday. I ordered pink ones.
