I dont drink coffee because i have an adverse reaction to the caffeine. But the Zipfizz has natural caffeine balanced w b vit. This is a perfect duo for me. And I combine w a pk of Emergen C and hit the gym.

This product has kept my immune system up and stay healthy. It may be a little bit more than a regular daily vitamin but a lot less than a doctor visit.

This is an excellent way to get your daily vitamins, minerals %26 antioxidants - plus the mild caffeine boost! So many reviews people complaining about taste, lol. Yes, it has ALOT of vitamins in it but the “vitamin taste” is minimal. I drink this twice daily for nutrition %26 the caffeine; taste is secondary to me. Some flavors are better than others - orange %26 fruit punch are very good while grape is ok. Regardless, I’ve been using this since I first discovered it 5yrs ago and it is, by far, the Best-In-Class drink for vitamins, minerals, caffeine, antioxidants %26 electrolytes! I have researched ALL of them. Others like I.V. Hydration, or whatever it’s called give you so much less for the same price. This ZipFizz has the market beat in this category, by a wide margin. If taste is of maximum importance to you, you may not be satisfied. If nutritional %26 a lil caffeine is most important with taste right behind it, this is your best option. Also, I’ve found it better to mix with in a 20oz bottle of similarly flavored Gatorade Zero for enhanced taste. Be sure to drink about 2fl oz out of your water/Gatorade bottle *before* putting this in %26 shaking it up! The fizz creates pressure similar to a carbonated drink and it can explode out when you take cap off if you haven’t given ample room for the fizz effect. Lastly, once you shake it up, SLOWLY take the cap off - allowing the pressure to escape first. Same applies with a shaker cup! The fizz will absolutely create high pressure in whatever container you use. Hope this helps!

I allow my older grand kids to drink these instead of allowing them to drink red bull and straight coffee. These give my kids a little energy and at the end of the day they are not bounding off the wall and walking the floors until well after midnight trying to wear the caffeine out of their systems.

Love Zipfizz! I've been drinking this energy supplement for almost 10 years now. It helps no only with extra energy but when I really need to focus on a project, it helps tremendously. What I would like to see is an occasional coupon as this is not cheap. I typically purchase 2 boxes per month.

I was introduced to this product by a coworker. For me, it doesn't provide quick energy; it's more of a long-term, low-grade effect. All of the flavors I've tried I've liked. Easy to mix, but be careful that it doesn't overflow the container before you can complete the mix.

Tried a sample in the store and decided to buy the variety pack. Not a coffee drinker so this has enough caffeine to get me started for 4-5 hours. Plus it has so many vitamins & minerals. It's not carbonated but had enough fizz to satisfy that sensation. It's a big win for me!

I am following a strict diet and found that my energy starting lagging around 4 in the afternoon. I drink half a 32 oz bottle of ice cold water and then add one of these to the remainder. It helps to fill me up and I am ready for my work out later in the day. BTW, my workouts often were in 100 degree temps and I appreciated the electrolytes.

Zip fizz is delicious! Serve tried the multi-flavor pack and pink lemonade and they are all full of flavor (i was afraid they'd be chalky and they're not. I have switched to these instead of an energy drink because i don't get the jitters, just a steady bump in energy.
