This product in my opinion is nasty. Filled shaker up and it foamed all over. Will never purchase again.

Don't wast your money

Not feeling energized as the demonstration stated youbwoukd feel. The flavors are ok. Will not purchase again

My husband practically lives on this stuff. He works in the oilfield where energy drinks are lot allowed but this helps keep him awake and alert throughout his very long nights. The added nutrients help him feel more human than an energy drink would and help keep him hydrated.
