I have always been a fan of the Activia Yogurt so when I saw they had a drink version out, I HAD to try it! The bottle is a perfect size for on-the-go and the label clearly states the health benefits of the drink. I appreciate that it is made with real fruit and contains probiotics to promote a healthy digestive system. It tastes very refreshing with a smooth and creamy texture, almost like a smoothie. I tried the strawberry ones , and it tasted just like fresh strawberries and goes down smoothly, not too thick, just right.

It does not taste chunky at all and the ingredients prove that this does help in giving the necessary protein and amino acids that our bodies need. Absolutely love the taste of these Activia yogurt drinks! They have such a nice creamy taste to them. I also like the fact that they have probiotics in there which definitely helps keep me regular and is very good for your gut. It's hard to only drink one of these a day; I'm always tempted to have more.

I'm glad, because it turned out to be a great mix! These low fat yogurt drinks have a smooth, creamy texture, and they are just sweet enough. The flavor is really natural, and I love that each 3.1 oz. bottle contains billions of live and active probiotics to support gut health. I decided to layer them in popsicle molds with fresh berries, and I made the BEST frozen yogurt pops!! I'll be recommending these to everyone, and I'll definitely be purchasing them again!
