After having it regularly for a week, I noticed it helps with digestion and feels light on the stomach. It's an easy and healthy snack option I'd buy again.

The dailies are very smooth, creamy, and delicious. I had them with my breakfast and my lunch. But I could also see having this just as a snack in the evening with a piece of fruit as well. Overall, very pleasantly surprised that the yogurt does not have any sour taste.
