These have a great taste and are loaded with live probiotics! Healthy, low in calories, and delicious! Can’t go wrong with these! Yum!

It does look weird in pictures but I’ve never looked at it that close. I feel like drinking one or two a day has been helping my stomach feel better and I have more energy.

They taste okay, nothing extraordinary but not nasty tasting either. So far and for the most part, they make my stomach and guts feel better. Just don't overdo it on drinking them, I do not drink 1 everyday or else they give me diarrhea. I've found that 1 every couple days works perfectly for me!

I appreciate the variety of flavors available, such as strawberry banana, and blueberry, but I particularly like the strawberry flavor for its lack of aftertaste, perfect sweetness, and satisfying taste.

I use them a a meal replacement/snack because a lot of times I have a hard time eating or having an appetite and these do the trick! They also keep me regular as I had digestion issues and they help keep things flowing!
