Love these little yogurt drinks! I get this variety as well as the immune support. They taste delicious and I think they keep my stomach from being upset when taking my medicine and vitamins. Also they help my tummy feel good too. I have been drinking 1 a day for year or so since my dr / chiropractor told me help my gut out. ITs awesome to help things feel good. I gave 8 ok of cherry flavor to my boss on Tuesday she now drinking them .

I drink Activia when I’m pregnant to help with constipation. It’s creamy. It’s fruity and it’s delicious. Quite effective at making me have a bowel movement every time. Just one bottle does the trick. It’s full of probiotics and overall a great buy.

I appreciate the gut health benefits, but I'm on the hunt for a lower-sugar alternative without added sugars.
