It's really good for my health. The only reason I minus a star is because I wouldn't buy it again unless they improve the price. When we went to the store yesterday my six year old begged me to buy more and he is very picky. I would say they’re a hit in our family. I love that they have probiotics and are quick and easy as a snack or on the go for the kids and also for us as parents before work or before an early workout. These will definitely we a staple in our house going into the fall before school as the kids have a hard time eating a big meal.. they want something quick.
