They come with 4 of each and each little bottle is perfect for a healthy break in the afternoon if a nutritional break in the morning. They also work well for lunchboxes. I really like them because it gets me away from grabbing popcorn or having to take the time to cut up apples or veggies. If I feel sluggish, I just grab one from the fridge and the Activia Daily is tasty, refreshing and ready to just grab and enjoy. I definitely will keep these in the fridge because it is a tasty break that is also good for you.

Also they help my tummy feel good too. I have been drinking 1 a day for year or so since my dr / chiropractor told me help my gut out. ITs awesome to help things feel good.
