Each bottle consists of 4 live cultures and is jam-packed with probiotics. They are small, making it super easy to incorporate into your daily life. I picked up a few different flavors. My favorite of the three was the Cherry. This was really no surprise. Stone fruits are my FAVORRITE!! It doesn't matter if it's a peach, cherry, or plum... They are my fav fruits!! Followed closely behind are berries, both of which (berry flavors) were delicious. I think I enjoyed the strawberry the most, though. My son preferred blueberry. TBH....they were all pretty tasty. On a final note, I want to point out their easy drinking texture. These types of drinks can end up thick sometimes and make the mouth feel full, and the throat has to work harder. These have a perfect consistency. They are thick enough to come off as smoothie like, bit not so thick, it takes a little extra to swallow it.

I really like the flavor of this drink - it does not taste like artificial strawberry at all! Second, the convenience of this is awesome! I love that I do not need a spoon to get my serving(s) of yogurt per day. Last, the probiotic is a great benefit. I’ve been mindful of gut health in recent years, so I appreciate this product providing that daily dose. I’ve actually changed my habit to buying yogurt drinks since this event, since I like it so much!

They come with 4 of each and each little bottle is perfect for a healthy break in the afternoon if a nutritional break in the morning. They also work well for lunchboxes. I really like them because it gets me away from grabbing popcorn or having to take the time to cut up apples or veggies. If I feel sluggish, I just grab one from the fridge and the Activia Daily is tasty, refreshing and ready to just grab and enjoy. I definitely will keep these in the fridge because it is a tasty break that is also good for you.
