There's nothing you can do to get the fake flavor out of this chicken. It just has a terrible aftertaste. Texture is good. It looks good. Just the indescribable fake frozen chicken flavor at the end.

This meat is pretty gross. One of my bags was half full of huge chunks of chicken fat and gristle. The other bag was about a fourth full. I had to feed it to my dogs. I won't purchase again!

First time purchasing, and would never recommend. The texture varies with each piece. One can feel like chicken that isn’t fully cooked through, and another that isn’t chicken like in texture at all. Very little seasonal flavor. I can’t recall tasting seasoning a couple of days after. I think the worst part of the experience for us might have been the amount of unrecognizable translucent pieces that we picked out before attempting to eat. Skin, I’m guessing? We prefer not to waste food as much as possible, but not one of us was willing to eat the leftovers of this meal.

I tried this for the first time and enjoyed it. You get alot of chicken for the price.

Nice, big, tender pieces of chicken breast. There was just one thing missing: TASTE. This was essentially just a bag of chicken breast slices that you can get under the Tyson brand name at Kroger, WalMart, et al at a lower price. Stop here if you don’t want more detail. There was no “fajita” seasoning apparent. If you’re thinking you’re going to end up with what you get at that wonderful Mexican restaurant…nuh uh. After sautéing our sliced peppers and onions, we added our own cumin, chili powder, black pepper, minced garlic and salt. And more salt. Further, there were no instructions on the bag as to how to cook the chicken from frozen (I mean, c’mon, we bought it at Sam’s – everything we buy at Sam’s needs to be frozen). The bag refers you to the website to find the “cooking from frozen” instructions. Couldn’t find them. After slowly warming-up the chicken and adding the spices and sautéed vegetables, it was fine. However, it’s a lot easier to buy/slice-up your own chicken breast, add your veggies, then add a packet of McCormick’s or similar fajita chicken spices – all which you can do on a rimmed baking sheet in the oven. This one falls in the "fail" column. Meanwhile, Sam's stops selling stuff that consistently fell in the "big win" column. Go figure.

Chicken was soggy- not at all appetizing.

Soules Kitchen Chicken tastes very good and there is a lot in the container which made it a great price for it.
