Great product for a quick protein packed meal I use this for easy meal prep to make Chicken Fajitas, Chicken casserole and white chicken chili.

Perfect for a fast meal, we grill the chicken with peppers and onions for Fajitas. Also great in White Bean Chicken Chili.

This has really good flavor and is SO convenient. This will become a staple on my list. 110 calories per 3 ounce serving with 19g protein. Amazing!

They come in handy when you real don't have the time to go all out such as making a curry dish or add it to your gumbo ect

Need both bags for a "family size" meal. 1 is definitely not enough for a family of 3. But very tasty, quick and easy for weeknights.
