Awesome chicken

This product is NOT chicken. It is fat and skin and who knows what else. Sam's club should be ashamed of this product and should be sending anyone who wasted their money on it a full refund. I had to throw the whole bag out. Complete waste of money. Very very disappointed that Sams would carry such a disgusting product. I have lost a lot of trust in Sams and will think twice before trying anything new there again.

I recently bought some of the chicken and beef fajita meet and threw it in my freezer. A week later, while looking for something else, this popped up in my recent purchase list and I was kind of surprised about the reviews. Practically everything I get from Sam's is very good and I was shocked that there were so many bad reviews for this product. Well, little did I know that my wife took out both meats and made fajitas that night. I was a little worried but both meats were very good. So maybe there were issues a year ago (when the bad reviews were written), but there must have been some changes because I thought in 2020 that it tastes very good. Maybe its just the pandemic or my wife's culinary skills, but I'll definitely buy this again.

As I read the other reviews before commenting, I find that I am not alone in my observations of this product. I have bought this product numerous times in the past along with your steak fajitas. They were always good quick meals. However, only yesterday, I purchased your chicken fajitas to use today for just that purpose. What was once solely chicken strips is now predominately some kind of fat which doesn't belong to a chicken! I looked at the package to read the ingredients and it says "boneless, skinless chicken breast with rib meat". Rib meat?? From what animal does that come? It was completely disgusting not to know what I had cooked. I searched and found enough actual chicken for my husband to eat and the rest went in the garbage. The really sad thing is not that I wasted onion and bell peppers, but the fajitas were sold as a double pack. Now what shall I do with the other pack. I won't cook it for sure and I won't buy your products again. My real overall rating would be no stars.

I impulse bought this since it was on sale and really wanted to enjoy the product because, let's be honest, it's easy and versatile. Unfortunately, the bags I picked up were pretty bad. The meat was chewy, there was a lot more fat/skin/cartilage than I expected, and it was definitely not fajita flavored. Maybe that's a good thing. I put my unopened bag in the freezer for an emergency option, but it'll likely get thrown out like the 1st one. Disappointing.

It's understandable that a prepped product may have some bits of fat and such due to mechanical separating. When you have to throw away nearly half of what is in the container, there are serious quality issues. Unless you enjoy biting into large chunks of gristle and chewing on fat, look elsewhere.

This product says it contains breast and rib meat. If it says rib meat, you'd better believe they're going to that fatty pocket in there...and boy does this have a lot of fatty pieces. The chicken also does not taste grilled or seasoned. It has a raw chicken taste. It's pretty disgusting, actually. Will never buy this one again.

Simply a very poor product. Clearly white meat chicken but coated in who knows what? Would have never thought a Texas company would produce fajita meats like this, certainly unlike any Chicken fajitas I ever had before. Prepared in skillet as instructed and ended up with globs of stuff? Will not buy John Soules products again.
