Not sure why lots of the reviews are bad. This chicken is no prep and already seasoned. Not fat, just chicken. Kids love it with sauted peppers and onion. All I have to do is open the bag a pour into the skillet. I buy this every week. Great on salads too.

Purchased in Aug '18 and Dec '18, Nebraska. The pieces were identical pre-cooked chicken meat you would expect to see in a salad bar. I have not experienced this overwhelming fat and 'processed' pieces others have. The pieces have muscle grain and tear apart. I believe reviewers are also expecting all the pieces to be full size breast slices as pictured, while about half the bag are half size or smaller pieces as well. It is lightly seasoned so very versatile option, not just fajita. I like these because they are convenient with very few added ingredients or chemicals. Ultimately, if you have super high expectations for economically processed bagged meat, buy raw breasts and cook it yourself. I have included a frozen and thawed photo.

No flavor whatsoever. It's like they cooked it then squeezed and soaked all the flavor out of it. Reminds me of why I never buy fast food chicken nuggets or fast food chicken fajita strips. Fake, weird texture and tasteless, even my husband couldn't drown it in sauces enough to eat it.

Simply a very poor product. Clearly white meat chicken but coated in who knows what? Would have never thought a Texas company would produce fajita meats like this, certainly unlike any Chicken fajitas I ever had before. Prepared in skillet as instructed and ended up with globs of stuff? Will not buy John Soules products again.

Squishy and gross second bag I have bought. Was hoping the first was just a bad bag. Second bag month later was terrible also. Tasted ruined. Tried to return the day after I bought and the store wouldn't do a refund or exchange. Customer service even smelled it and said it was rancid.

Bought this because itnwas on sale, seemed like a good deal for 2 separate bags. I used one bag tonight to make quasadillas the chicken was so fatty mostly fat pieces. looks fine when frozen but once cooked its so fatty. will never buy again fatty chicken is gross.
