These enchiladas are great. However, the label is a fire hazard because the top of the label starts at the plastic lid and ends at the bottom of the foil tray. You need to put the entire label on the plastic lid alone since the lid doesn't go into the oven. I realize you sell them by the pound but how many enchilada rolls are inside the tray? Nutrition facts say it serves 4 but it looks like 3 since I had to lift the contents and put them in my own pan since the label was stuck to the pan. I recommend that the package should mention how man enchiladas are inside as well as the net weight.

I recently bought this in-store and cooked it that same night. Now, I've loved every single Member's Mark meal so far, so my expectations were a little high. I cooked it for the maximum recommended cooking time of 50 minutes, it was still not done, so I ended up cooking it for another 20 minutes, and it was ready to eat. It smelled a little strange (the item was not expired), and when I tasted some of the chicken on top, it was just really bad. The alfredo sauce is pretty decent honestly, the pasta just seemed stale, and the cheese didn't melt properly even though I had cooked it for an extra 20 minutes at the recommended temperature. Maybe I got a bad one, I don't know. There's a lot of good reviews, but I've seen some bad ones for it too. I definitely won't buy this again, and really don't recommend you do either.

This was very good! We added a side of salad and fresh cooked carrots, and the meal was great! Wouldn't hesitate to pick this up again. We (2 of us) will have a 2nd meal of this, too. May freeze the other half of the casserole instead of having it again right away. Should do well in freezer for a couple of weeks

The actual noodles and sauce were pretty good. I would actually eat them again. The chicken however was not good. Fortunately there wasn’t that much of it but it tasted rubbery like the chicken that comes in premade salads at the deli. Maybe next time I’ll pick off the chicken.

Before I bake it, I grate a layer of fresh Asiago cheese on it, and YUM!! it is to die for!! As soon as comes out of the oven, I stir it up, and then snap the plastic cover back on it, this keeps the moisture from evaporating, and it drying out, let it cool, spoon out what's going to be eaten, and re-cover. This has been a regular weekly purchase, It's perfect as is, nice creamy sauce, big chunks of their rotisserie chicken, from their own ovens!

I bought this last week for my three adult children to try. They liked it ok. One thought it was better than jar sauce but didn't like the chicken. The other two said it was ok. The container was almost 3 1/2 pounds and they wiped it out in one meal. It really didn't feed all three of them as one of them wasn't really hungry but wanted to try it. I also made garlic cheese bread to go along with it. For $6 more I can get the special at Fazoli's on Thursday which feeds them two meals each.

While it had sufficient chicken and a plentiful pasta, it seemed a bit salty. I though the sauce had an unusual taste, which might be the addition of Asiago cheese in an otherwise good sauce. If they removed the Asiago cheese, it would taste so much better.

I bought this prepared meal because I didn't have time to make dinner (thanks to my homework) and I was not disappointing! The picky eaters even liked it! It is flavorful and the chicken is tender. I will start buying this on a regular basis! There is enough for my two kids, and I, plus leftovers I can take to work the next day.

I read the reviews a while back about the recipe changing, and didn't know what people were talking about. I guess Midland changed a little late, because I finally ended up getting the new version. It is not near as good. The chicken especially is not the quality it was before. Please bring back the old dish. It was a family staple for us as well.

We buy from Sam’s in Chattanooga, TN & this is an EXCELLENT dish. I’d recommend it to anyone. It’s very cheesy & the flavor of the Alfredo is really good; the chicken is good, too. We all like it in my family of 4 & usually don’t like jarred or premade Alfredo. We eat it with garlic bread & something green (usually a fresh or frozen veggie - broccoli, Brussels sprouts, green beans, asparagus, etc) & it always pairs well. I cant compare it to an “old recipe” because we’ve just started buying it, but there’s only been happy bellies at my house.
