I vacuum seal when slightly frozen. I then cook in a sous vide. I also take some chicken from the store cooler display. When it’s cooked, i combine and it’s wonderful

i was disappointed in several ways with this: (1) the chicken was more sparse than a view would suggest. it's sliced thin, mostly on the top for display, I think. (2) the pasta and sauce was gummy after heating. and it was not very flavorful. I hoped for better.
