These are listed and presented as if they are officially licensed Nintendo Joy-Cons, but they are not. They are cheap, poorly made, knock-off garbage that I wouldn't use if I was paid to. I was immediately suspicious when they arrived because they were not in a Nintendo box. Very similar looking but nowhere on the packaging does it actually say Nintendo Switch or Joy-Con. At first glance, they look almost exactly like the real deal but just picking them up and pushing a few of the buttons quickly gives them away. They are much lighter, the buttons and joysticks are pretty rough, and they just feel cheap in your hands. Once they were connected to my switch these $60 controllers didn't even work half as well as the $20 pair of knockoffs I had gotten them to replace. There was a noticeable delay with the majority of the buttons. The home button wouldn't wake up my console half the time. I also had to turn off the vibration because they slightly vibrated randomly every so often and the times they actually vibrated when they were supposed to the feeling was closer to an old power drill that's about to explode as opposed to a well-balanced pair of dual shocks. I would give these zero stars if I could. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. These controllers are trash that are nowhere near the quality expected from Nintendo. I will be returning these and purchasing replacements from another retailer since apparently, Walmart is so desperate to become the new Amazon they don't properly vet what is being sold on their website.

Fake offbrand Joycons! These are not what's pictured. see my picture. I won't know how they work because I'll be returning them. These cost just as much as real Joycons, too. they explicitly state that they're not a Nintendo product. Walmart should NOT be working with a seller like this!

Should have listened to other reviews. These were definitely used controllers. You could see the wear and tear on them. I guess after people send their joy cons in to "get fixed", they probably just send people new ones and package used ones back up to sell.

Do yourself a favor and order the real Nintendo Joy Cons! I ordered some that were off-market joy-cons, hoping to save $30. They did not work right and did not last a week. Just order the real Nintendo brand. Still cheaper than Best Buy, and you can add a 3 year warranty on 'wear and tear'. Just my humble opinion but after going back and forth and arguing with Best Buy (while I still have a valid warranty) --- this is the way to go. Walmart. Nintendo Switch brand Joy Cons. Warranty. Save yourself the stress I endured!

The left Joycon stopped working two weeks after I bought them and as eveyone else has said, these are not official Nintendo joy cons. If you're going to buy off brand joy coms, buy the $25 ones instead of these poor quality ones. Can't return it either because the box has been thrown away.

These are fake. The product image shows Nintendo Joy-cons and in the product description it states the manufacturer is Nintendo. That is not the case. These are 100% knock offs and we will be returning them to the store. Don't fall for it. If the price is too good to be true, it is because it is.

I had to buy new ones because Nintendo has drifting happen to controllers over time so this wont be my only pair. In a year I will have to buy new ones. It came fast hand delivered to my door. Just mad at Nintendo for not addressing this. There is a lawsuit against them now.

I wanted two more controllers to use on games. When these came the R did not work. We thought it was our error but as everyone tried it was a dysfunctional controller. I do believe it was a possible previous used one that accidently got restocked. I had no problems with returning. Fedex came andpicked it up and i received my refund. I went into store to buy sincei can check package there. This one works perfect.

I paid the premium Nintendo joy can price because I wanted the name brand Nintendo product. The shipping time was supposed to be 3 days, but ended up being most of two weeks. The product just arrived, and they are FAKE. The box has no Nintendo logo, except for a sticker, and the joycons do not have ANY of the Nintendo markings. If I wanted fake ones, I could have got a set for less than $20. Super mad I had to wait extra time for a FAKE product. Will demand a refund.

It was well wrapped and packaged, I assume it works great, my boyfriend can play with his big switch better when we play together, his other ones wandered a lot. They're brand new out the box, no damagebto packaging or anything like that. Work as intended..
