Should have listened to other reviews. These were definitely used controllers. You could see the wear and tear on them. I guess after people send their joy cons in to "get fixed", they probably just send people new ones and package used ones back up to sell.

I am usually very thorough in checking things before I buy them, but this item was not as described. Not authentic Nintendo Product. They just put a sticker on it with nintendo switch on the sticker. Also the packaging was a bag taped around the box with no padding at all. Not very professional. I did not even open the box, so I can't say how well they work though.

These are fake. The product image shows Nintendo Joy-cons and in the product description it states the manufacturer is Nintendo. That is not the case. These are 100% knock offs and we will be returning them to the store. Don't fall for it. If the price is too good to be true, it is because it is.

This is the 3rd set of Joy Con controllers I’ve purchased for my son’s Switch. The system is 6 years old and Fortnite wrecks havoc on controllers. But it’s way cheaper than buying a whole new system. These controllers work great (for now) and just like replacing wiper blades on a car, these controllers will need to be replaced in two years. But unlike an Xbox or PS, the Switch is FULLY portable and worth it.

DO NOT BUY THIS LISTING. I ordered these without reading the revirws, and I'm sorry I did. As many others stated, they are definitely not authentic. It even says it on the box, " this product is not designed, manufactured, approved, sponsored or endorsed by Nintendo." Check out my pictures. I have reported the seller to customer service and will return these, hopefully they can give these guys the boot. It's not cool to list an item as authentic when you're really selling a 3rd party brand. Who knows, they Maybe great controllers, but it's not what I wanted to buy, and that's frustrating.

These are listed and presented as if they are officially licensed Nintendo Joy-Cons, but they are not. They are cheap, poorly made, knock-off garbage that I wouldn't use if I was paid to. I was immediately suspicious when they arrived because they were not in a Nintendo box. Very similar looking but nowhere on the packaging does it actually say Nintendo Switch or Joy-Con. At first glance, they look almost exactly like the real deal but just picking them up and pushing a few of the buttons quickly gives them away. They are much lighter, the buttons and joysticks are pretty rough, and they just feel cheap in your hands. Once they were connected to my switch these $60 controllers didn't even work half as well as the $20 pair of knockoffs I had gotten them to replace. There was a noticeable delay with the majority of the buttons. The home button wouldn't wake up my console half the time. I also had to turn off the vibration because they slightly vibrated randomly every so often and the times they actually vibrated when they were supposed to the feeling was closer to an old power drill that's about to explode as opposed to a well-balanced pair of dual shocks. I would give these zero stars if I could. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. These controllers are trash that are nowhere near the quality expected from Nintendo. I will be returning these and purchasing replacements from another retailer since apparently, Walmart is so desperate to become the new Amazon they don't properly vet what is being sold on their website.

Fake offbrand Joycons! These are not what's pictured. see my picture. I won't know how they work because I'll be returning them. These cost just as much as real Joycons, too. they explicitly state that they're not a Nintendo product. Walmart should NOT be working with a seller like this!

The controller stopped working after less than 6 months. This Joy-Con is counterfeit, which was confirmed by Nintendo when I sent it in for repair. Would never purchase from this company again since they clearly do not have the same quality standards as Nintendo.
